Great location, walkable to downtown, plenty of space!

We visited the area for a long weekend with the girls for some retail therapy, dining out and a musical, therefore we didn’t spend much time at the house. We wanted a place we could share with separate bedrooms rather than a motel so this house fit the bill. The house is fairly dated but it was clean. The reason for the 3 star rating for cleanliness is that the house definitely had a musty odor.

We had such a lovely time during our stay. Location was absolutely perfect, the house was well kept and clean, tons of beach stuff if you don't already have it to use as well! Only feedback I would give would be a heads up from the hosts is they're planning on stopping by, there was a couple times when they popped over without notification. Otherwise absolutely wonderful and would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful vacation cottage in Ogunquit. The location was great and the neighborhood was very quiet. We especially enjoyed the porch for relaxing and nice sized lawn for playing games. The property is conveniently located within a short walk from downtown, the beach and marginal way. The owners fantastic and communication was excellent. We highly recommend this property.

It has been almost 10 years since we stayed at this property! It felt like coming home. Appreciated the addition of a/c units in two of the bedrooms upstairs. Also enjoyed the new furniture on the front porch. Can’t beat the location - within a mile of the beach, half mile to shops/restaurants and peaceful neighborhood at night. Perfect!

It’s a great location-short walk to the center and beach. The house has nice porches with plenty of room. Owners are attentive and thoughtful - would stay there again.

This property has an easy comfort to it. Lovely angled porch. Very well located just a short walk from town, but up the hill far enough to be away from the bustle of traffic.

This cottage was an easy walk to beaches, restaurants, shops and entertainment. It worked great for the 4 of us, each had a bedroom and shared the 2 baths. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The large screened in porch was great to enjoy into the evening. The sunny backyard was wonderful in the morning. I would highly recommend this property. The owners were friendly and quick to respond to any inquiry. Great memories were made!!!

The property was beautiful and the location was amazing. We were able to walk downtown and to the beach. The house was spacious and there was plenty of room for 8 adults. The only thing we wish we knew was you need to bring your own sheets, it wasn’t a big deal but we wish it was in the description when we booked the property. The hosts were so kind and checked in to make sure everything was going well during our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great house to ren highly recommend and would stay again. Very close to town which was a bonus. The house itself is comfortable and spacious. Check in was easy & liked that they sent the text pre check in and out made it very helpful and even easier.

This house has great common space! The living room, dining room and enclosed porch all have plenty of room for 8 people to sit, chat and relax.

We truly enjoyed staying at your home. My granddaughter and I played in the house and outside - great fun. As you are driving distance to the beach, all of the family spent time at the beach. Great location. Very relaxing and cozy at the house.

The house is laid out well and impeccably clean. Hosts are very good at communication and everything I’m the house worked well.

We had a great time staying in this well equipped home in a great location, with easy access to the beach, the Marginal Way, downtown and Perkins Cove.The house provide everything we needed And we'd stay for hours in the comfortable kitchen. Beds were good, and location was great.We had a problem with the TV and Andrew came and promptly fixed it. Karen and Andrew were both very helpful.

We had a lovely sibling get together, with lots of space for each of us. It was easy to work in the large kitchen, with two areas to sit down for meals. Two mornings we woke up to a dusting of snow. The house was always warm, with great wi-fi. It's a good location to walk to town or the beach.

The owners were very accommodating and the place was clean and comfortable.

We needed a girls getaway and this was the perfect place. Plenty of room and nice walk to the center of town

Can’t beat the location — quiet and outside the hustle of the town yet an easy walk to the restaurants, shops and the beach. The house is a charming historic beach house with lots of room — perfect for a family or a group of friends. The hosts were easy to deal with and welcoming. Look forward to another visit.

The house is great! Lots of room for various activities. We spent the most time on the awesome screen porch that has lots of seating. Comfortable beds. I loved the first floor bedroom and walk in shower. (FYI - the cost of the linen service is about $250 for all 4 bedrooms).There are at least 6 beach chairs plus sand toys, a boogie board and a great beach cart. There was also a jogging stroller in the basement that came in handy for my 2 year old granddaughter when we walked to the beautiful Marginal Way. Karen is a super responsive host. When we let her know about a wasp nest on the property she came over right away and removed it herself!Thank you Karen and Andrew for sharing your wonderful home with us:)

The location was perfect. Walking distance to town and beach yet in a quiet neighborhood with yard, grill, AC units, laundry and huge kitchen. Loved it!

The screened in front porch is where we spent 90% of our time. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that is good for walking but just close enough to downtown and the beach. About a 10 minute walk to downtown and 15 to the beach. All bedrooms had window AC units so it was comfortable sleeping during hot days. The house needs a bit of updating but that didn't stop us from enjoying the character of the home.

You are just a short walk to downtown, beaches, Marginal Way, but this home is located on a quiet lane with woods behind the house for a quiet home base for your Maine adventures. We loved the quaint charm of the front porch, large screened in porch, good sized kitchen, dining room, and comfy living room for our family community time. We came to Maine to celebrate my mom's 85th birthday and the first floor bedroom and bathroom were perfect for anyone who can't do stairs. However, for the rest of us, the beautiful oak staircase lead up to good sized bedrooms and another bathroom that were very comfortable. The best part of this home was the closeness to the "action" but then it was almost like stepping into a secret garden of peace and quiet at this home. The communication with the owners was very attentive and caring. I recommend this Maine bungalow for family get aways to the beauty and energy of Southern Maine.

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood. Short walk to town and beach. Well kept, very clean and comfortable. Enough room for family to come together & have plenty of private space. Favorite spot was the screened in porch. Great spot for morning coffee, afternoon reading, and family dinner

This house was clean and conveniently located close to town and Ogunquit Beach. It had essentials which include beach chairs and beach carts which came in handy.
