Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Zentral, aber nicht mittendrin. Direkt an der Promenade gelegen, über welche man in wenigen Minuten mitten ins Zentrum gelangt. direkt am Fluss Passer gelegen, das Rauschen beruhigt ungemein. Die Promenade ist von 100 jährigen Birken flankiert, die eine unglaubliche Ruhe ausstrahlen. Unser Zimmer war groß und mit einer Terasse. Unser Lagotto fühlte sich auf der Terasse sehr wohl. Der Außen Pool ist hervorragend, überhaupt ist die Außenanlage gepflegt und auch für Kinder optimal. Das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Auch die Sauberkeit lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Frühstück lässt auch keine Wünsche offen. Generell strahlt das Hotel den Charme der 1980er Jahre aus. Das einzige Manko: keine Klimaanlage im ganzen Hotel. Aber trotz Tagestemperaturen über 30'C hatten wir es auch tagsüber angenehm im Zimmer. Nachts alles offen und um 08:00 alles schliessen >> kein Problem.

furniture in our room was a bit old; couch and table on the balcony were not clean; you have to pay an extra cleaning fee if you want to use the kitchenette (we didn’t use it)

We loved the proximity to the shopping, cafes, and we could hear the river from our room, which was really nice. The rooms were very clean and the duvets were very comfy. The bathroom was comfortably sizeable. The room was warm enough to sleep with the windows open.
The bedside tables were really small. I wish there was more comfortable seating in the room, maybe a bigger couch. There also wasn't a tub.

Location is superb and views from the balcony are amazing. Plus it is further from the busy roads. Also great weather help overall atmosphere. Hotel is very close to old town and good restaurants.
Breakfast had excellent choice of food variety and we liked it very much.

Breakfast buffet was very good and extensive. Location was great for access to city and Tappeiner Promenade.
Bathrooms are small with small showers. We got the room by the desk, breakfast area and elevators so not the best review in that light. Very small refrigerator in the room and air conditioning not great.
