El servicio fue excelente, el trato humano que te aportan todos y cada uno de los trabajadores dice mucho del nivel de profesionalidad, como por ejemplo el hecho de que nada más verte sepan el número de tu habitación o si padeces alergias, etc. Es un hotel muy tranquilo y acogedor.

El horario de cena del buffet no es para los españoles, que acabe el turno a las 21h me parece muy pronto, solo está orientado al turista inglés, francés y alemán. Por otra parte, si quieres ir a la piscina, te introduces en una contrareloj contra los huéspedes restantes ya que reservan el 90% de las tumbonas muy temprano, para posteriormente ausentarse durante horas.

A perfect hotel for relaxing retreat. The first word that comes to mind is tranquility. It is quiet in the rooms, around the pool and at the restaurant during dinnertime. Even the evening shows feature soothing and reserved music, rather than punchy rhythms, that are usually heard on the island. The rooms (we booked a suite with balcony) deserve the highest praise: spacious, freshly renovated, and impeccably clean. The large terraces in suits feature a table, a couple of chairs and two comfy sunbeams and overlook the serene outdoor pool. The lobby of the hotel is very stylish. The personnel is nice and attentive. We booked a stay with half-board and generally found the food selection to be of quite good quality and range. There are three things that became the highlights of our stay in the hotel: 1) the lineup for the shows: wonderful performers, with music suiting the mood of the place (we liked the “Alicia Keys”- inspired performance of Julia Samadhi); 2) the indoor pool - a rarity on the island - which was understandably empty during the sunny days, so we could have it for us only ; 3) the pastries served for dinner - our compliments to the pastry-chef!

There are few things however that need improvement. First, the “non-sweet” buffet was no match for the pastry. The gap needs to be filled, in particular when it comes to the prominence and presentation of the local products. Second, and the most important, the smoking is unfortunately allowed in the outdoor pool area, as well as on the terrace of the bar, where the night shows are taking place. As a result we couldn’t really enjoy any of these facilities. We aren’s sure about the legal framework, but in other hotels on Mallorca we’ve seen that all public areas (incl. outdoors pools and the areas where the food/drinks can be consumed) are completely smoke-free.

Absolutely stunning. The only other breakfast I have had at a hotel to rival this was at a Hilton hotel in London.

The only thing that was wrong was the bed in our room. It squeaked very much and was hard and had a bump down the middle.

A peaceful hotel, no loud music and beautifully clean pool and surroundings. All staff were so lovely from when we first arrived - a relaxed check in with a glass of cava - to fabulous food and service in the restaurant. Room towels changed twice a day and prices of drinks very reasonable. We felt very welcomed.

Sa Coma probably wasn't the best location for us.

The staff of the hotel went above and beyond to please the guests. The breakfast and dinner options were immense. (The desserts could improve a bit, in terms of taste instead of variety). Always clean. Very attentive reception desk staff. Crystal water in the pool. Reasonably priced pool bar.

The beds mattresses were really soft, but this could be a matter of personal taste. The dinner hours could be extended, it was 18:30 till 21:30.. I understand it's okay for the NCE customers, but a bit tight for south Europeans that would like to enjoy the sunset.

Breakfest: amaizing buffet. A lot of choices, always fresh and really really good! Restourant es moli: rally good food and super friendly staff! A big thanks to Ricardo: super friendly guy, always on point with food raccomandations, he made our stay (and our espresso ;)) even better!
