Nice, new building, good location, quiet.

The apartment was NOTHING like in the pictures, actually not even the apartment in the pictures. Old, needs refurbishment. Imposible to sleep on the sofa

My apartment was everything I could have wanted. A spacious bathroom with a huge bath / shower. I had a nice view with a balcony. The kitchen was spotless and came with all the appliances and utensils one would need for a short stay (5 days). The location was good, only a 5 minute taxi ride to the magnolia mall and about 15 minutes from the airport. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, I had to request a late check-in and this cost an extra 50 zloty. I had ordered food via Uber eats and forgot to put my room number on the order, I explained this to the staff on the desk, that were non-English speakers. They got a member of staff that could speak English and were able to buzz me when my delivery came. All in all very friendly staff and cosy effective apartment.

The apartment is very nicely decorated, especially the bathroom; its cozy. The kitchen is very cute too and there is enough seating space for 4 people. The building is new and renewed and has an elevator.

We got no instructions about the keys, I had to call the host several times. The apartment was NOTHING like in the pictures, actually not even the apartment in the pictures. The internet didn’t work and after messaging the host several times, I never got a response so we didn’t have wifi at all. There was no shampoo or body wash, we had to shower with the liquid hand wash. Pillows are the cheapest you can find, same as not having a pillow at all. We got one blanket in one of the beds for 2 (the sofa bed which was uneven and uncomfortable). Overall, paid for one night there, what im paying in krakow for two nights in a two bedroom, fully renovated apartment with enough normal beds for the 5 of us, in the old town and with a view. Overall a huge disappointment of our accommodation on our New Years night. Would not recommend this place. If you have a hotel or apartment rental, new years is not an excuse to do a mediocre job.
