This was our third stay at this property-we like it so much we keep coming back. It is spacious, clean, has everything three generations need including baby stuff, toys, books, bikes and games. Easy drive to beach, shuttle available and access to indoor and outdoor pool, pickleball and tennis and gym

Couldn’t ask for more in a vacation home. Our whole family enjoyed our time. Great location and well stocked kitchen. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group. We had 5 adults, a teen, an 11,6 and 3 year old. Lots of extras to use in garage if you forget your chairs etc.

This house has everything we needed for a family beach vacation! Beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, a toy closet upstairs, books etc. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We loved the pool and playground too. Would definitely stay here again!

This house has everything from bikes, games, beach chairs, a beautiful screened in porch, and more kitchen appliances and table ware that one could think of. Two master bedrooms on the first floor, and three bedrooms upstairs made it perfect for our family. Plus the owner responded to all of our questions within minutes and was very helpful. We can’t wait to rent it again.

We did a short trip to cap off our summer with my family and my sisters, we have stayed in a two home in the same neighborhood before but decided this year we needed more room.
This house was beautiful!!! And just as described. My sister and I actually enjoyed that it was decorated for fall. The pumpkins everywhere in the house and it was just lovely, we felt just like we were at home.
I had reached out for a few questions and was always answered promptly. We are looking forward to booking again next year! Thanks for the wonderful memories

This was our second stay at this house and both were great trips. The house is well equipped, in a development with indoor and outdoor pool, gym and tennis & p-ball courts, east drive or shuttle to beach.

This location, centered between OC and Rehoboth, is super convenient. We enjoyed Bethany Beach as well as the inlet beach. Enjoyed shopping, restaurants, arcades, rides, golf, the swimming pool and fitness rooms. The house easily accommodated our multi-generational family. Plenty of Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards, lawn games, kids toys and bikes for summer fun. Cooking was a breeze in the well equipped kitchen and the second fridge in the garage was great for keeping all the beverages cold. This place checked all the boxes for our family.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything about the property was clean and spacious- it felt like an oasis from everyday life while we were there. The kitchen was well-stocked and there was plenty of room for our group of 10 to enjoy meals together around the table. There was also plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy quiet in different areas of the house when we wanted some down time. The neighborhood was great for walking and running, and it was close enough to the beach to make daily travel there a breeze, but far enough away to have plenty of trees and a quiet neighborhood feel.
Marisa was super easy to work with, attentive to detail, and very prompt in replying whenever I reached out. We had a great time and would highly recommend this property.

This property was perfect for our family. We had 6 adults and 3 children under 3 years of age. We had plenty of space for everyone. Each family had plenty of storage space and their own bathroom.
The kitchen is very well equipped with plates, glasses, mugs and pots and pans. The appliances were great, including the large washer and dryer.
We enjoyed spending time on the screened in porch.
We have a very active family and enjoyed walking to and from the pavilion for the fitness room, pool, and basketball courts.
Marissa, the host was easy to work with. She was very accommodating and responded quickly to questions.
We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Loved staying here. Plenty big for family and friends. Lots of spaces to hang out - including a screened-in porch! You have to bring your own towels, sheets, and paper products, but we were aware of this a week in advance. Might be more difficult for folks flying in.

Rain first day and a half so stayed inside. No TV and internet on and off. Owner tried to help. Mediacom came day before we left and fixed main tv. Bedroom still did not work Roku in one bedroom but couldnt find the remote.

This was the perfect place for our multi-generational group. The house was great, extremely well stocked with beach stuff and bikes, and the pool and tennis courts were a big plus. It was a short trip to the beach

We had such a great family vacation here! The place is clean and fully stocked with everything you will need. It is just few minute drive from the beach and the community pool was a huge hit. We also really appreciated all the games and beach toys. Maria was extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!!

Our family of 10 has stayed in this community in a smaller home in years past, but we really needed more space. We found Marisa's home and took a chance that this new spot could accommodate our needs. This home delivered on everything we needed to have an enjoyable beach vacation. My kid's loved it and are begging to come back next year.

Relaxing Beach Vacation at Bethany!
Bethany Beach was virtually grid-locked with vacationers for July 4th week. We had a party of 10 with all 17-23yr old grown children. More than enough space in the home. With access to the amenities at Bear Trap pavilion, no one had an excuse to be bored. Pool, fitness room, pickle ball court were used the most by us! This property was accurately listed. There are games and puzzles (we completed 4). The kitchen is AMAZINGLY stocked. The large pots-pans were perfect for our large group. We took our own crockpot. Beach chairs in excellent condition. Coffee and cocktails on back screened in porch was perfect. Great Vaca had by all.

Perfect 5 bedroom beach house that is child friendly, and provides everything you need. It had a great screened in porch where we spent most evenings. We enjoyed playing pickle ball every morning and riding our bikes in the neighborhood. Best vacation house ever!!!!

Excellent house for an extended family gathering
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The 6 adults (ages 42-82) and 2 children (ages 11 and 8) had plenty of space to be together or find a quiet place to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped and the garage had a nice selection of beach equipment.

Perfect writers retreat
Five classmates rented the place to write papers over a long weekend. It was perfect. We had enough room to each have our own space and places where we could gather together. A well stocked kitchen allowed us to prepare all of our meals there. We took beaks walking around the neighborhood or a quick ride to the beach.

We had a great long weekend stay with friends. Love that the house was stocked with beach essentials. Close to everything but in a quiet and safe neighborhood for the kids to ride bikes or go for a walk.

We had a great stay. The house was well stocked, clean and comfortable! We also went to the pool and gym at the clubhouse and both were very nice. We also liked that the community has sidewalks everywhere and is very quiet, so is very walkable!

The house was comfortable, complete and clean! We loved the quiet & beautifully maintained neighborhood; the Pool and all the community facilities were very close by and well run by a friendly, helpful staff. Our host was lovely and responsive.

Very Nice Home with Many Amenities
Very nice home, clean, and just as the pictures showed. It provided ample space for a large family with everything you need for the week or more. They provided chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, bikes for whole family (except for younger children), many games, puzzles for kids etc. Just an all-around nice home for any family get-away. Screened-in porch is wonderful and great for relaxation at the end of an active day.

We love Bear Trap
This property was great for our family get together. The kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of room to spread out or share time together. The screened-in back porch was a comfortable place to hang out.

Golf Trip Stay
Long weekend golf trip weekend - 6 guys stayed at the house. All the rooms/beds were comfortable. House has the beachy feel and neighborhood was very nice. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the stay at the house!! Highly recommended.
