We had a wonderful stay, the place had everything we needed and the hosts were too kind. They even decorated the inside for Christmas, which we loved and made us feel at home. Very clean, great location, incredibly cozy, we will definitely be coming back!

My husband and I stayed at this property while attending the F1 race in Austin. Georgetown is a nice town and this little place (mother-in-law type suite in the backyard)is close to eating places, grocery stores and Wal-Mart. We were not able to enjoy the pool while there because we were gone all day. Everything was nice looking outside and the place was nice inside. It was just what we needed. We also enjoyed the neighborhood deer we saw almost every morning and evening.

Hosts Chris and Melissa are the BEST. Accommodations like new and very comfortable. Will definitely stay again if visiting family in this area!

This is a pool house in a quiet neighborhood but close to groceries and restaurants. The owners are wonderful and respect your privacy. I loved sharing the pool with family I was visiting. Will stay again!

For myself and my 2 kiddos, this was the most convenient space and location. Easy to get to and has connecting roads to avoid the congestion of Georgetown traffic. Clean home with everything we needed and a quiet neighborhood. As was the case during our last stay, our hosts were gracious and accomodating. We are looking forward to staying again in the summer to enjoy the beautiful pool and backyard.

Cute guest house with lots of privacy. Very clean. There was a little mix up on our day of arrival but Chris handled it great and gave us a free night. He was wonderful! Fabulous location; it is super close to Sun City and a grocery store. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Chris and Melissa have a wonderful rental. It is a separate house so it's very private and quiet. We enjoyed our stay with them more than any other in similar circumstances. We will definitely go back if we are in the area. We hated to leave because it was such a beautiful, charming place.

This was our first time renting a Vrbo. Chris was fantastic! He was very responsive to my questions prior to arrival and very accommodating when we arrived. It was a great space inside and out. The lights hung in the trees in the back yard created a beautiful and relaxing settin at night and the deck around the building with the deck lights was very inviting. The inside space was perfect for the two of us and was very clean. Having a kitchenette area was nice to have. The large TV was great as we watched some movies. The deer wandering the neighborhood was an added bonus and enjoyment! Our goal was to just relax for our 2 day get away! We also enjoyed the Georgetown area exploring a little and visiting Mt Bonnell in Austin for some sunset pictures. Overall a tremendous experience. Thank you Chris! We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay near Austin or Georgetown specifically!

Beautiful place, beautiful neighborhood, excellent host. But, we had our granddaughter with us and we rented it for the pool. The pool wasn’t ready for swimming and that was a big disappointment. We were not notified beforehand.

This was a little piece of heaven that was centrally located for us during our visit; putting travel each day to 1 - 1.5 hours each way making all of our destinations doable. Chris was very accommodating and prompt at exchanging messages. The Georgetown area was very easy to get around in and has a great little downtown and they have variety of eating places.

We stayed here to see our family in Georgetown and go to the Nascar race at COTA. Chris was a great host. Check in and out was super easy. He came by and walked us through everything. The property was clean and nice. It was like having your own studio apartment. The neighborhood was good and there were deer walking around all over.

Conveniently located and nicely appointed. Chris and Melissa were great host. We stayed for three weeks with a dog and felt very welcomed.

The home was just a described. A very comfortable and perfect location for your stay in Georegetown. Our host was very accessible making sure we had everything we needed. The location is very easy to get in and out of and in a very clean and quite neighborhood. It was a great stay and would stay again.
