The property was great. We were able to accommodate a few families yet have the space to separate loved having 2 kitchens. Dora was very attentive and nice.

Family and I absolutely loved the property!
House was very clean and spacious. Being able to BBQ with a view of the beach and sunset was out of this world. Dora was great and very quick to respond with any questions we had about the property. We will definitely be returning!

Close enough to downtown San Felipe yet far enough to escape to a quieter beach area. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The closest beach access was damaged in a recent storm but you could access just a little further down the road. Would rent again.

Athe property was just far enough out of town to be quite, but close enough to enjoy all San Felipe had to offer. The house was well appointed and comfortable. Our personal chef, Imelda, was not only an excellent cook, she also soon became part oh a great experience.

We had a blast being a big family we always have to search for big place to accommodate all of us this was perfect, beautiful and so convenient. Minutes away from the Malecon walking distance from the beach and most stores and restaurants.

last minute trip me abd my family took and they had it covered for it all !! plenty of room for me and everyone we took!! they had it like a normal house to you can make food yourself every pot to make them as well. you have a bathtub for a special moment . there is also a top to everyone can enjoy outside and maybe drink or hang out late to look at the stars it is a great spot to get!

Thanksgiving
Stayed at Dora's place over Thanksgiving and had a great time. The location was perfect, house was clean and well equipped. Communication was excellent with Dora during our stay. We would stay here again for sure.

Great large place!
Dona was excellent with her communication, and timeliness on questions. House was large and spacious. Nice location close to town. The house sits one street behind other places but still an ocean view, steps from the beach and a great rooftop area for hanging out, bbq, ocean viewing and sunrises.
We will definitely return if we have a large group.
Only negative and not a knock on Dona was that the top back bedrooms had some road noise due to right on the highway. Just something that you can get used to.

Baja Fun
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to San Felipe and would highly recommend this property. Dora was wonderful to work with and responds quickly to any questions. The location of the home is great and the ocean views are fabulous. This rental has everything you need and plenty of room. We will definitely be staying her again in the future.

Amazing time
We had an amazing stay here. The property was located just steps from the beach. It was well stocked. Everyone was amazed at the views.
If you have a chance to stay here I highly recommend an early morning wake up to view the sunrise. Dora was nice enough to remind us of this. It was a beautiful view enjoyed by all.
Dora was easy to communicate with as was the housekeeper, Fatima. They were both great at accommodating my special request.

Family getaway Amazing
This place is amazing it’s located in a quite neighborhood that we really enjoy that. The beach was perfect calm and clear water specially amazing for kids. The house is great is even better then the pictures . The house is keep very well when we arrive the house was nice and cool and had everything we need it. The owner Dora was very amazing and answer all of our questions. The house located a short drive from everything with inn minutes you be at grocery store or down town malecón . This a hidden gem house in San Felipe looking forward to many more trips . He whole family was so happy with the 11 Adults and 5 kids this house has some much space hope to see you soon casa mar vista.

Great house for big families or groups!
We had an amazing stay. This house was a lifesaver. We came to San Felipe to camp but the weather was terrible. Dora let us see the house and move in the same day. Everyone in our group (11 adults and 4 kids) was totally comfortable. The downstairs living room and kitchen were a huge bonus. The kids took it over and had a blast while the adults relaxed upstairs. The roof deck has a great view of the city and the Sea of Cortez. Beach access is right out the front door and the beach was clean and uncrowded. We will definitely be back. Thank you Dora!

Excellent for s large group. Well equipped. Comfy and roomy. Beautiful view. Access to the beach was just steps away. The supervisor was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this house. We’ll definitely be back.

Our group of 2 families(4 adults and 5 children) recently spent 4 nights here. The house having 2 separate living areas made it ideal for our two families to be comfortable. We spent most of our time in the larger second story unit and up on the 3rd floor terrace. The beach access is right across the street. The beach was clean and quiet (December/January). Neighbors were friendly. Town is only about 5 min. away.
We had a problem with the downstairs heater and the owner had it solved by delivering us two radiator heaters within an hour.
We hope to be back and next time stay longer.

Our stay was great. My family and I were very pleased with the property. Looks exactly like the pictures. Dora the property owner and the house keeper were very nice and immediately available when we needed to get in contact with them. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this home to family and friends

Everything u need its there... i definitely recommend this house,it has it all. The best part is, it is only a few steps away from the beach. The neighborhood its really calm and secure. My friends and I had a great time. The kids loved the clean warm beach and the view from the 3dr terrace of this home. We liked that the top terrace had a bathroom so did have to go down stairs. San Felipe was a relaxing and the people were very nice. Going back for sure...
