It was a great location for exploring Larnaca

We found the location a little noisy, but that was more about the other people in the block.

Lokalizacja super. Przy samym deptaku . Dwa kroki od restauracji i sklepów. Klimatyzacja z możliwością ogrzewania, w kuchni fajny opiekacz do kanapek i duża lodówka. Bardzo fajny , duży taras z miłym widokiem na palmy i morze.

Jedyny plus tego mieszkania to lokalizacja i świetny kontakt z wynajmującym, który odpisywał na wiadomości w kilka minut. Natomiast czystość mieszkania to tragedia. Grzyb na ścianach w sypialniach i łazience. Szafka w łazience cala się rozklejała. Kosmetyki które były w opisie to jeden mały szampon i jeden mały żel (na 4 osoby). Naczynia brudne (nie wszystkie ale na patelni i kilku talerzach była resztka jajecznicy), stół niestety też niedoczyszczony. Jedynie ręczniki i pościel wyglądały na czyste. Klatka schodowa z budynku chyba nigdy nie sprzątana. Byliśmy 7 dni i przez cały czas na schodach leżał martwy gołąb a dookoła jego odchody. Gdyby zrobić remont mieszkanie byłoby idealne. Jest duże , przestronne ma świetny taras i lokalizację, ale teraz nie pojechała bym do niego drugi raz.

Super była bliskość plaży i restauracji, bardzo przydatna jest też pralka. Super blisko jest przystanek z którego dostaniemy się w każdy rejon wyspy.

Nie działał tv, widok na może jest z boku bo przed tym budynkiem jest jeszcze jeden, przy wejściu jest mnóstwo koszy na śmieci co niekiedy mocno śmierdzi.

Lack of European socket adapters, we had only 1 working for 6 of us.

Location next to the beach.

The garbage dumps are located next to building which gives a bad smell on the gound floor.

Apartment should accomodate up to 5 people, but there was not enough drinking glasses and plates. You charge money for prime location, but expectations for value of the money, has sadly, not been met. Bed linned was not washed properly, yellow spots all over pillows and in the wardrobe was a duvet with blood stains on it, visible first thing when you open wardrobe.... Small details like that let you down. Its so cheap in jumbo for example, to buy a proper set of plates and glasses so guests dont feel disgusted to use worn sheets and cracked glasses... Same with hand soap, the soap dispenser was old, dirty and not working anymore, better not to put any, than something that should be throwen away months ago. I supplied all above, to my family who was staying at your apartment, as i live here, but tourists that come to visit, wont buy those things, so it just leave them with bad impression about cypriot culture. Apartments looked lovely on the photos, but in reality every flat has a different furniture. Would be really good if you can separate photos and present each flat as it is, otherwise you have wrong idea of what you booking, and frankly speaking, i wouldnt mind to pay a bit extra for other apartment of yours, that would give my family more cosy feeling. I hope you wont take my sugestions wrong way but I rather provide honest feedback , so it can help you to realize where to improve. Thank you.

i had a first-floor apartment, where the view was blocked in addition the garbage bins of all the surrounding restaurants were located under the balcony causing discomfort especially at night and during the day the balcony cannot be used due to the smell, the AC compressor of the neighbor is just facing the bedrooms causing a huge annoying noise, especially at night. The bed and pillows were really uncomfortable. the TV was too small, they replaced it with a bigger one during our stay however and still, there is no international channels. in addition to the above the owner of the apartment asked me to pay an additional 10 euros per night per kid "cash" at the property knowing that the rented apartment is a 2 bedroom and it is normal to have more than 2 persons using it. the building entrance interphone was not working, whenever we have any order to be delivered we had to go down and open the main door or receive the items

The apartment is located in the town centre behind the bars and restaurants with walking distance to the beach.

1. A large number of bins are located below the apartment. The restaurants and bars use those throughout the night, so it is noisy. 2. We were a family of 5, but we only got 4 pillows. More were requested but didn't turn up. 3. We used the apartment in February, which is Cyprus winter time. After a couple of days, mould started appearing on the walls, and there was a mouldy smell in the bedrooms. The cleaners did clear it up, but it came back almost immediately. The condensation on the windows was really bad. 4. The apartment is north facing, so no sun touches it. 5. The mattress on the double bed is firm.

Location is perfect, right next to the beach, but on a quiet street. Very comfortable and clean appartment. Host is very kind and responsive!

The area was amazing the apartment was so beautiful with big balcony veranda the view was amazing walking distance to the beach and boulevard everything was just amazing the hosts always answered me right away very helpful and nice service im so delighted and can’t wait to come back to same apartment

if you want to have quiet and relaxed holiday, make sure to book a room with pool view. i have overlooked it and booked room with city view -> that means your balcony is on the main busy street, so you cannot really have windows open, because it is really noisy.

The constant noise. It has multiple sources: the cooling systems of restaurants located near The delivery guys on motorcycles that come to those restaurants The people throwing bottles at the nearby bins at 1 AM, the garbage truck which empties those bins at 5 30 or 6 AM
