It was accessible to the tourist spots

This is without doubt the best place we have stayed during our time in the Philippines. The owner and his family are so nice and friendly, they really made us feel at home and welcome. The rooms are immaculately presented, very spacious and clean with a nice outdoor terrace area to relax. The whole place is surrounded by beautifully kept gardens with lots of nice flowers and trees. The location is also excellent only a few minutes walk to restaurants and shops as well as the ferry to white island. I highly recommend staying here if you visit camiguin

The room was bigger than expected, had a good air conditioner with remote, had a decent sized TV and cable channels. The room was clean on arrival and had plenty of towels too. The location was ideal considering it was within walking distance to the pier for trips to White Island, and about a few minutes drive to a few restaurants and a convenience store. The property also had a nice view of the mountains which was an added bonus. The gardens were well kept and nice to look at in the mornings. The young girl who assisted me upon check-in was very friendly and even arranged for a motorbike at a decent rate and gave plenty of recommendations for places to see and the various restaurants in the area.

The front desk was unattended upon both check-in and check-out, and finding staff was a little difficult, even for simple queries. The property is quite noisy after 6am, with noticeable washing machine hums to staff talking loudly especially outside the room I was in. The motorbike that I rented had some issues, in particular the rear brake light wasn't working and when I told the owner he wasn't pleased with me at all despite not being my fault. While the shower did have a hot water system, it wasn't connected and the cold water took a bit of time getting used to. Also, the tap was dripping and was quite noticeable at night. There was also nowhere to hang towels or any sort of rack or place to put clothes or towels. The property didn't feel safe considering there wasn't any security or night guard. Also, the property was located near a basketball court that hosted loud music and was unable to rest due to the excessive noise. Upon check-out, I had to ask a room attendant to hand in the keys for the room and motorbike as the front desk was unattended, no offer for transport to the airport was made either.

Slightly away from main tourist area but in a nice built up neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants and bars. Safe to walk around at night and the room was spacious and clean.

The location is really nice - you can go to any of the tourist spot without any hassle and after a long tiring day, the vibe of our room/ place is peace and quiet especially that I was with my parents. Plus you can take your photos with the view of Mt. Hibok2 and the Old volcano - its just breath taking. They love everything except maybe about getting food. There are no plenty of food places to choose from. Maybe buy ahead of time the groceries you need or ask the staff about cooking food for you.

Very nice place. Everybody was helpful. Arranged pickup from airport and rent of a scooter. Even if it was rainy we extended our stay with 3 nights. Close to many restaurants with great food.

The location was good. The room is spacious. The garden outside is well maintained with lots of plants. The male staff worker was nice and accomodating.

Although we ordered well in advance and got a confirmation, when we arrived it felt like the staff didn't know or were prepared for our arrival. They asked us to wait a few minutes while they probably got the room ready. It was evident from the lack of blankets (only blanket sheets were provided). There was no complimentary water, coffee or tea, nor glasses. There is free hot water but no bottle refilling - they jammed the cold water on the fountain so you would have to buy drinking water. The room was not as clean as expected. There was a dead gecko in the electric panel which was not removed during our stay. You have to opt in to get your room cleaned and that is not the default. There is no soap or any amenities of that matter and you have to buy them at the reception or a shop. One important bit - no hot water in the shower. There is no hot water tap at all in the shower, just cold water. The female owner(?) was unaccommodating and plainly asked us when do we leave, which was weird even by phillipines standards. Most of the time, no one was present at the reception. We wanted to organize pickups and that was not possible.

Nothing really that will amaze us. However the place is suited for travellers who loves a quite place to stay in Camiguin.

Staff somehow forgot what the owner of the place have thought them on how to attend guest on there concerns. Lots of do's and don'ts. 🥺🥺🥺

Perfect location near some great restaurants and shops and in the middle of all the popular sights to see here, spacious room, clean, nice seating area on porch, lovely gardens around each room, was comfy and quiet. Aircon and wifi worked fine. Had the option of breakfast for 150 peso each and bike rental which was great! Staff and owners were lovely!

- Reception need a bell to contact owners / staff so they know when they are needed - Breakfast was a good portion but cold or not fresh - we originally booked for 4 nights but had to cancel to 3 and they wouldn’t fully refund us, we understand that sometimes it’s non refundable but we were still staying there for 3 nights and were already paying way over our budget for a room here - shared kitchen was left untidy and looked unusable - there was no kettle in the room, no hot water available in kitchen - Shower and room also had no hot water
