The hubs were super comfortable and the showers were big and clean. Staff was super friendly and helpfull and you had everything you needed in the bar/kitchen

Sadly the bathroom on our floor was being renovated, so we were forced to climb on floor, which is bothersome during the night. They only had disposable plates and cuttlery

Bij aankomst konden we inchecken via een paal (daar kon je kiezen of je een boven of benedenkamer wilde hebben, wij hadden een benedenkamer gekozen) waarna het personeel nog wat dingen uitlegde en informatie gaf over evt ontbijt en fietsverhuur. Toen we de kamer inkwamen door middel van van een bandje, vonden we hem eerst wat klein, maar eenmaal alle spullen neer te hadden gelegd en op te hadden gehangen, vonden we hem eigenlijk toch wel groter dan verwacht. Mijn vriend (2 meter lang) en ik konden prima zitten in bed. Lampen en muziek kon je makkelijk bedienen met de app. Ook was er genoeg ruimte om onze spullen op de schapjes kwijt te kunnen. Er werd niet dagelijks schoongemaakt op je kamer, wilde je dit wel, kon je dit aangeven aan het personeel. Voordat we aankwamen kreeg ik een appje van een cityhost. Deze konden we altijd een bericht sturen als we vragen hadden over het hotel of bijvoorbeeld de beste plekjes van Rotterdam. Op onze verdieping zaten gezamenlijke douches en wc's (mannen en vrouwen apart) Deze waren schoon. Was dit niet zo, konden we op een knop drukken, zodat er iemand kwam om schoon te maken. Er was handzeep, bodylotion, Shampoo en douchegel (van Rituals). Beneden had je plek om te zitten. Ook hadden ze een automaat waar je dingen uit kon kopen als je iets vergeten was, bijvoorbeeld tandenborstel of oordopjes voor het slapen etc. Verder kon je bij de bar door middel van je bandje zelf je koffie, wijn, bier of sterke drank tappen. Ook was er een automaat met fris en een met lekkernij. Je kan je koffer in een locker doen op het moment dat je eerder dan 15 uur aankomt of op je vertrekdag na 12 uur nog even je koffer wilt achterlaten. Het hotel ligt een kwartiertje lopen van station en ligt op max 10 minuten lopen van het centrum af. Op zaterdagavond zitten er leuke barretjes in de straat.

Als iemand uit de kamer liep, hoorde je de deur open en dichtvallen en hoorde je diegene wel lopen op de gang. In het begin was dit wennen, maar uiteindelijk niet veel last van gehad.

It was well located for what I needed. The Rooms/pods were big enough to feel comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hub was so cozy i couldn’t get out of bed!!! It was small but big enough for a short stay…the space was well organized!!! It was possible to control the lights and put some music connecting to a given speaker inside the room. The bathrooms were super clean. Toiletries, towels and bath robes are given. The position is central: Markethal is 10 minutes by feet, and there are lots of cafes, restaurant and coffeshops nearby!!!! The central station is 15 minutes by feet.

Really creative idea and lots of fun. Beds were comfy, and the communal space really makes up for the fact you're in a capsule hotel. Wish we could have stayed longer, and we will visit again, as well as their other locations.

Das einzig nennenswerte wäre der relativ dreckige Luftfilter der Klimaanlage im „Zimmer“. Sonst alles okay.

The place was really nice. Good location, all super clean. The hub was really enough for me. But I just spent the time I was going to sleep. It is quite small and with not too much room for your staff. But if you are going to be out most of the time and stay for a few days, it is really good value for money. I wouldn´t stay with someone else, it is really for one person.

I liked bathroom facilities. In general, there were no places near hubs to gather for groups. It was a nice space dedicated only for hubs. So it was decently quite 🤫 Location was exceptional, in the heart of bar and restaurants street what is very busing on the weekends but calmer on weekdays. Also air was fresh in the hub and outside on the floor. If you like to sleep warmer stuff can provide with extra blanket. There is one blanket per hub.

Easy to check-in, great location, comfy bed, enough space for short stay.

The staff never replied to me when saying hello/good morning or such a thing (I bumper into 3 different people in my case). They don't even look. One time I asked someone something and this person was polite and helped. It just doesn't give a friendly vibe. It is cold in the room but the duvet was way too warm (I guess it's polyester).

The room was small but it was done in a very creative way. Very clean and beautiful

The design of the hotel is superb. They used the space optimally.

Everything excellent, location is great, super modern, the wristband system is great not having to worry about paying for everything and forgetting your key. Bed is huuuuge! Controlled lighting, you can even set an alarm to activate the lights in the morning

Two things keeping it a 9 and not a 10 Drinks in the vending machines are abit overpriced and the water pressure in the showers isn't the best but that's it

The shower and toilet were closed due to maintenance for a long time on the second floor.

We joined staying in the Hub. It is super close to the city center. I like the futuristic style of the hostel. The check in and check out are very easy to handle. They offer a self-service system to grab some beer or a glass of wine.

There is no kitchen. The hub's 'fitting room' is quite small in contrast to the big sized bed it contains.
