It was well laid out, a great value for what was offered, and in a good location.

The quality of the furniture was very low. The legs of one of the beds were on the verge of collapsing which caused me to use the pullout bed instead, and the seeming on the sofa was coming apart. There were also only a couple pots in the kitchen, both of which were in very bad shape, and no knives. That said, if you are staying for less than a week, none of this would really matter. It is clearly set up as a short-term vacation rental and was perfect for that--especially if you are eating out.

The apartment was not clean properly. The beds just had one sheet, the walls were super dirty and full of black marks.

Kitchen not functional... could not have cooked a meal. No hot water in kitchen. No welcoming products in kitchen (salt, oil, milk, coffee). Everything felt worn and loveless. Broken shelf in bathroom, IKEA stickers still on skirting boards.

The persons who attended us were very friendly. The place was clean (exception: the kitchen) and the beds were confortable. We had enough space for our stuff.

The small kitchen was not as clean as the rest of the apartment (a piece of spaghetti on the stove, oil on the wall behind it, plates that were still wet in the cupboard but not cleaned carefully). We had to make some cleaning before we used it. The water in the shower was only lukewarm and did not get really warm (although the boiler was on maximum). Unfortunately (but, of course, that is not the owners' fault), there was a lot of noise on the street until very late: people shouting on a bench nearby, just down our window and cars + a lot of noisy mopeds until 4 at night! Therefore, we slept very bad although the beds were good. The apartment was on the first floor, so maybe the situation would be better in another apartment in the same building looking into a back yard.

The beaches are spectacular. But then again, they are ruined by lack of transport services around.

Just a comment to Puerto Sta Maria in general. The transportation system and service in this town is not practical, not economical and very uncomfortable. It takes ages to call for a taxi, and buses have 30 minutes interval. And there aren't that much taxis anyway. It would be absoultely helpful if there would be Uber or Cabify services around, that way it would be very convenient on the part of the travellers, tourists and visitors of this district. The rest of things are good. Plazas, restaurants, among other things.
