The hotel was clean.

The breakfast, I think, could have been a bit better. Not much to choose from. Only saw the receptionist when I checked in so I couldn't book and excursions.

Nice friendly staff. I had stayed in this hotel 30 yrs previously so wanted to return for old times sake , Totally tranformed . Very clean and all fine. It's lost a bit of the old 'character' but much brighter and cleaner now. Nice view from our window

Very good place. The staff is very friendly and the place have a familiar feel to it. The room was very clean and big ... with a good bathroom. It is located in central Lousa, close to everything and maybe 20mns walk to the river beach and the hiking trails. there are many info about local activities in the hotel. Its a "bike hotel".

The breakfast was ok. The rooms have soundproofing problems.. at least mine. The pluming is noisy. Every time a neighbor room opens the bathroom water it was a big noise inside... but super noisy indeed. I had to wake up sometime at 6am because my neighbor is washing is hands or something.

The breakfast was varied, fresh and well displayed and frequently replenished. The breakfast room was bright and clean and the lady looking after the room was pleasant and helpfull.

The breakfast was clean, plentiful and just what we wanted. The location was excellent and the staff were very pleasant. The room was modern and bright and very clean.

I am a wheelchair user and there are no rooms on the ground floor and no elevator and quite a few steep stairs. In the bathroom, it's beautiful but you have to sit on the toilet sideways as there is no room for your legs, as there is a vanity unit too close to the toilet.

The personnel was nice, supportive and spoke English. The room was cleaned every day and there was adjustable heating in the room the first day but it was turned off on the second day probably because the hotel was closing due to the COVID-19 in Portugal. The breakfast was good. If you are not vegan, you will be fully satisfied, otherwise there is something you can put together for yourself. In addition, they agreed to refund us the fee for the last night we could not stay because our flight needed to be rescheduled.

Water temperature in the shower took a while to adjust because it was either cold or too hot. I guess it depends if anyone else is showering at the same time. The room might appear too small for some people - it depends really on your preferences.
