Hermosa unidad frente al mar en el tercer piso frente al mar, 2 habitaciones, 2 baños completos, la mejor vista de la isla. ¡Puedes ver hasta Kure Beach! Tome el sol desde el porche abierto con vista al mar o relájese en el porche trasero frente al puerto. Vea el amanecer desde su balcón privado. Apartamento maravillosamente mantenido que está bellamente decorado con electrodomésticos de cocina nuevos. Recientemente renovado con pisos de madera y cerámica en todo el condominio. Nuevo sistema HAV y calentador de agua. Todo para que su estadía sea placentera. Duerme 6-7 cómodamente. Cama matrimonial en el dormitorio principal, camas full & twin en el segundo dormitorio. Queen Sleeper en la sala de estar. Todo lo que necesitas para tener unas vacaciones relajantes y divertidas. Elija entre tumbarse o caminar en la playa y jugar en las 2 piscinas disponibles para su uso. Ubicado en el complejo Sun Skipper bien mantenido en el extremo norte deseable de la playa cerca del muelle de pesca, tranquilo incluso en la temporada alta.

We had a great time at your place it is right on the beach and walking distance of a lot of things just really enjoyed our stay we had plenty of room the kids loved it just the stairs tend to be too much for 60-year-olds and above but we made it work and we loved it

My family had a wonderful stay at the Sun Skipper! The condo is spacious, has some beautiful updated finishes throughout, and has a gorgeous view of the ocean. It was so nice to be able to walk right onto the beach for the two weeks we were there. We had a hard time getting into the unit at first and we called Bill directly and he helped us get in and proceeded to tell all the fun things we could do with our kids at Carolina Beach. I highly suggest staying here with your family the next time you are heading to coastal Carolina!

This was our first time at Carolina Beach and we had a great time. The beds were nice and comfortable and the kitchen had really nice appliances. It's really close to the pier and not too far away from the boardwalk.
We did have AC issues but the owner stayed on top of it and made sure we were comfortable. He called to check on us regularly and gave several options to mitigate the situation. I would definitely stay again.

We loved the condo. Very spacious and comfortable. The view from the back porch was phenomenal. The weather was awesome and we got plenty of beach time. We will definitely be back next year. The stairs to the 3rd floor are a beast, however worth the climb. Thanks Bill for all your assistance.

We really enjoyed our stay! Pros...beautiful view from the front balcony, comfortable beds, couches, very short walk to the beach, enclosed stairwell, awesome owners. Cons...3 flights up was hard, no outside water hose to get the sand off, bringing your own linens up those stairs. They provided 4 beach chairs but one was broken. Sleeping on top the couch was better than the pullout. Overall, all the cons were minor because it was a wonderful vacation. I appreciate all that has been done to make this a home away from home. Parking at Carolina Beach is robbery but that didn't have anything to do with these spectacular owners! Yes, we would come back!!

The stairs!! Four flights of barely ventilated, hot stairs to get to the condo. Rough going with a little one.

What a great rental experience! The location was perfect and the beach was terrific. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful when we arrived. Thank you Bill! The rental was clean and had everything we needed, except linens which we already had from renting previously and needing them then so no big deal for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful views from the den and balconies! We could have set on the balcony facing the ocean listening to the waves all day. The property was furnished with everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The openness of the kitchen and den, leading to the balcony was wonderful. The Carolina Pier is an easy walk down the beach. We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back again soon!

We had a great time and really enjoyed the location. Easy access to the beach and pool. Bill and Sandi were very easy to communicate with and called before our trip to give us new updates on how to access the pool. We will definitely stay here again and can’t wait to go back!

My family of 5 and my in-laws had a wonderful time.
We were able to be steps away from the beach and minutes away from some great restaurants. My mother in law loved sitting on the deck and watching the ocean and enjoying the sun. We all enjoyed being so close to the beach.
Everything we needed was in the condo. It was very clean and decorated very nice. The major bonus for us was that there was a washer and dryer. Also two bathrooms.
There were seven of us and we all had plenty of room.
Bill was very accommodating and kind. Provide everything we asked for.
We look forward to going again.

Great unit in an unbeatable location. The kitchen/dining living is open, spacious and thoughtfully remodeled throughout. Great views from inside or out on the balcony. The location is amazing. You are about a dozen or so steps from the sand. Entertainment and internet are excellent and well explained in the check in documents. Owners were very timely and responsive to questions. Stop comparing- book this unit now.

What can I say, location was perfect, view was stunning, condo was ideal, so comfy and so cute. We cooked, played games, enjoyed the 1min walk to the beach right out our door. The beach was very private with hardly anyone there. Would absolutely love to book in the future. Bill was phenomenal to deal with. Responded quickly and provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay! Thank you!!!

Lovely spot on the Carolina Beach waterfront. Clean, nicely decorated. As advertised, one of the best views on the beach, with miles of beachfront visible from the 120 degree water view. Only problems were some IT issues resulting from a recent system changeover, which took a day to resolve. We had to sort it out ourselves, but Bill was responsive in getting the needed information. Also note need to bring own linens
Other bit of advice -- the garage parking is VERY tight for a minivan -- wound up with a nasty side panel gouge trying to back out. Would suggest owners of larger vehicles consider parking in the offstreet driveway, as we did after the first day.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach condo. The home is perfectly located ocean front and the host was so welcoming. Loved Carolina beach and all it has to offer. Will definitely go back!

Perfect property for a small family or a couple friends. Beachfront, right next to the beach access, and has a great view! This is a 3rd floor property in a building without an elevator, but we didn't mind too much. Will definitely stay here again!

My only complaint about the property is that the listing advertised they provided an umbrella and chairs so we didn’t bring ours from home only to find out when we arrived those items were no longer available for use. Had I known I would have planned accordingly to ensure we had the necessary things we needed for everyone to be comfortable on the beach. Ice maker didn’t work so we had to use the ice trays provided, not a big deal but an inconvenience. Other than that the property was clean and is at a great location.

We really enjoyed our stay! You can’t beat the location. The balcony overlooking the beach is awesome! Easy access to the beach. The pier is a short walk and there’s a fun bar! The building is quiet and the beach isn’t crowded. The condo was very clean and as advertised. But, there are no curtains on the patio doors and one of the windows is missing blinds, so if you’re sleeping on the pullout, you’re seeing the sunrise whether you want to or not. Certainly didn’t ruin anything, just unexpected and affects cooling down the condo. We would stay here again! Bill is awesome and very responsive. The stairs are no joke when carrying your stuff, but a small price to pay for a great view/vacation.

We had a lovely family vacation. The area was quiet and just approximately a quarter mile from where you can drive on the beach. The property was perfect for a family of 4 with 2 young kids.

We love the location of this property. Unfortunately there is no walkway over the rocks at this property and this would be the only downfall. If you are young and mobile it’s not a problem but for older couples, just be aware. The house was clean and the booking process was easy. Thank you for a great vacation!

This condo is beautiful inside and out! It was very clean and I loved waking up in the morning and stepping out onto the deck to have an awesome view of the sunrise over the ocean! Definitely would stay here again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The layout was spacious for 6 people and could have easily accommodated a 7th. The view was amazing and the deck was our favorite part!! We needed a place where part of our group could stay inside while others played on the beach, and the deck was perfect for keeping us connected with the inside and outside!
Bill was very friendly and very helpful! No problems at all checking in or out! Highly recommend and would come back for sure!
