Great location with a direct route to the old town. Clean, tidy, well thought out. Nice bars and restaurants to relax and enjoy your food and drinks. Comfortable room. Complementary prosecco as it was our honeymoon. Spa facilities on site were good too.

Drinks were a little pricey.

Des extérieurs avec une vue magnifique mais sans âme Des restaurants aux prix prohibitifs mais avec une piètre qualité Quelques membres du personnel agréables mais globalement on ne se sent pas les bienvenus Un sentiment global d’hostilité et de malaise dans cet hôtel jamais ressenti auparavant. Pour moi un hôtel qui n’est pas familial, et qui devrait s’assumer comme tel. Très compliqué de se baigner avec les enfants dans la mer, pas de plage il faut s’y jeter depuis les rochers.

Wonderful sea views on a headland with Dubrovnik Old Town just a short bus ride away. Staff were lovely and very efficient and the public areas and our room were spotless.

The bar and main lounge were large and a little soul-less.

Everything was excellent, accommodation, room service, especially the staff, very friendly and polite.

Perfect suit with stunning sunset view. Fantastic breakfast. Near to fancy Lapad district. Bus stop right in front hotel entrance! We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Izvrsno, dorucak, vecera, spa, bazen. Osoblje preljubazno, vedro i usluga i lokacija. Executive room sa poklon iznenadjenjem, pogledom na more. Ali naglasak na osoblje i osmijeh. Zasluzuju nagrade.

Malo šale. Moglo je bit ljeto :) i iste cijene. A bazen vanjski grijani i slani. Al proljece je bilo suncano.

Everything about this place was great! Almost gave it a perfect 10/10 BUT on our last night the buffet dinner was shocking :( we had it on the first night we stayed and it was the best buffet weve ever been to , so dissapointed with how bad it was on the last night , other then that everything else was perfect great place to stay.

The proximity to the sea. The restaurant on the ground floor. Check in and check out the were easy.

The carpet in the rooms and corridors. For a five star hotel in a country that loves coffee, the complimentary coffee in the room shouldn't be instant. There should be complimentary bottled water in the rooms. On the first day during breakfast, None of the staff offered us coffee, I had to go and grab the coffee kettle off of the hot plate myself. Breakfast was average.

Very friendly staff, amazing smelling reception area, stunning views from the room balcony and most importantly how the management dealt with a complaint regarding the air conditioning in the room, which was escalated finally and then treated very seriously by upgrading the room and a wonderful dinner courtesy of the hotel.

The hotel dealing with the air condition problem in the room sooner so not to cause the uncomfortable temperatures when trying to sleep at night. Room service options could be better too.

The pool area was lovely and the fact that you could go swimming in the sea from the cliffs was amazing. The hotel was at a great location in our opinion, not far from the Old Town. The room was nice with a beautiful view from the balcony.

Would had expected more of the food in the restaurants considering the prices. The restaurants had beautiful views but the food did not meet our expectations. Also the gym was very small and it would have been nice to see some photos of it when booking.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was cleaned every day.

The standard of food wasn't up to a 4 star hotel. At breakfast the plates were cold for hot food. One morning my tea was lukewarm. The buffet at night (30 euros for 3 courses) was not great. Starters were OK but main course was poor. The fish and meat were dry and no sauce to go with them. The puddings were sickly and synthetic. Very disappointing.

Absolutely phenomenal hotel. We could have just stayed here for days. The food and drinks were great (especially the breakfast!), beautiful entrance into the sea, and exceptional facilities and staff.

The staff were superb and could not have been more friendly and helpful. They know how important tourism is to the region, which shows their willingness to make it a great stay. Staff training was first class. The location is also just perfect. Accessible bus (No4) into the Old Town and a fantastic place to run back to when the heat and bustle of Dubrovnik get too much. Spoilt for choice; do I swim in the clear sea, an outside pool with a bar or a beautiful and quiet inside pool with hot tubs, a sauna and a steam room? The Palace sits on a peninsula, with every room looking out to the Adriatic Sea with stunning views. Waking up every morning to that view was worth every penny.

The food was the only thing that fell below 5*. The meat was overcooked and the food was trying too hard (too many mixed flavours), which was a shame because it was served so well by the staff.

Fine room with great views. Good balcony. Excellent breakfast.

At the prices charged one would expect water to be provided instead of having to buy from minibar. The note about not putting your Own drinks in the Minibar jarred. I do not like showers in baths which don't have rails for support.

The views are amazing. The breakfast was good and housekeeping staff were very good. The indoor pool facilities are very good.

The pool areas are very crowded and the swimming area is very restricted. There are no outdoor showers available close to the sea. Bring a red flag beach is not ideal.

Amazing and friendly staff. Beautiful view and nice modern and comfortable hotel room and facilities. I wanted for nothing. Food in the restaurants on site is actually reasonably priced and very tasty. Would definitely stay again if returned to Dubrovnik. Stayed for 3 nights. Also indoor spa, indoor pool and outdoor pool are all nice. Wifi high speed.
