Good parking

When we got to the property we went to the van the vault hotel, then they told us to go 500 yards to some Alexys which was just the same as a Formula One very very very bass really basic. They did not tell you this when you book it, when you book the van, the Velcro tell you are not staying in the Vanderbilt hotel they ask you for more money to stay there there’s no air-conditioning or nothing in this alex Not good value for money at all.

We stayed in the Vanderbilt which was nice. They did not put us in the Formula One next door.  they did not put us in the Alexys next door. They let us stay in the hotel which we did book, but if you get there, they sometimes put you in another hotel about 500 yards away, which is exactly the same as a Formula One and they tried to pass it off as the band the ball.

The hotel was clean and well kept, the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Whenever we turned the water on to shower, there was a sharp smell coming from the pipes. it was so uncomfortable that it felt as if the water smelt, too. The heater in our room also wasn’t working properly, but the staff were kind enough to bring us a large portable heater that kept us warm all night

very clean and modern bedrooms. great restaurant with helpful staff for English speaking residents. dog friendly and handy location.

we had firealarm 6 am .. no one fault .. but the gard on duty let us stand outside -6C for 45 min without telling - informing us nor he called firebrigade or anyone to help … also when the alarm stopped he never informed it was safe to go back to the room … before that a 1 .. dissaster

The service of the hotel and the restaurant was great! Super friendly. As solo traveller it makes the difference. Thank you all. And the wild menu was perfect! Thank you chef!

If I have something to suggest: Extra couverture in the room would be great. :)
