Ligging, faciliteiten (Location, facilities, the latter if you were informed about them properly)

There were some issues: 1. Climate control did not cool the room down properly. But it would buzz on full pelt (no soft position or anything that we could find) 2. No bed side tables: had to put everything on floor or in bed (even the kettle boiler, see #3. 3. Only 2 powerpoints were working (the ones on the bed side). All powerpoints on opposite side did not work. So kettle boiler could not be turned on unless put on the bed 4. There was no booklet either a kindly reminder of how things worked. 5. After putting some complaints through at the front desk these were their answers: 5.1: “we will have someone look into that”, not sure if they ever did. No follow up. No changed results for climate controle. 5.2 “no, we don’t do bedside tables”. “Maybe an extra chair or so? No, we don’t do bed side tables IN THAT SECTION”. Literally!!!!!!! 5.3 “you may have to reset the main powerboard” “Who? Me?” “Yes, just next to the bed”. No main switch there. I refused. Husband did look for powerboard (I am not an electrician”). He turned it off and on, after finding a switch board ABOVE THE CUPBOARD. I would never have gone there… but still plugs did not work. 5.4 what is the wifi code? Happened to be on my key card sleeve. Did not remember everything they said at check in, sorry. 5.5 MAYBE NEXT TIME LEAVE A LITTLE BOOKLET IN THE ROOM WITH SOME SMALL HOUSE RULES and things such as “the pool is accessible from 7am-9pm”. Or “the wifi code can be found on the key card sleeve”….. Great breakfast buffet . Would have loved to have been sure about the times….. just to be sure we went there at 9am. Would 10am still have been okay? Or 10:30????? WRITE IT IN THE .. booklet/ handout in the room. Oh and parking: NOT FOR FREE! But available though (20€ a day, with three quarters of a parking empty feels like a little rip off)

Svært lite trykk i vannet, kunne knapt vaske hendene. Ikke veldig mye trykk i dusjen heller. Gammel og møkkete hårtørker.

Hadde ikke frokost, beliggenheten var perfekt da vi har familie på Amager. Nydelig bassengområde..

Hadde problemer med nøkkelkort som ikke virket, fra første dag, måtte forsøke flere ganger for å åpne døra. Skiftet en gang, samme problem neste dag. Dyr parkering, måtte ha ny lapp hver dag, tungvint.

Dichtbij de luchthaven, was maar 2 haltes (10 min) met de metro waarbij de metro elke paar minuten gaat. Ontbijt was uitgebreid, alleen bij receptie werd gezegd vanaf 06.00 uur, bleek 06.30 uur te zijn en met mijn afspraken liep dat net spaak op dag 1.

Was moeilijk herkenbaar vanaf het station lopend dat het hotel daar zat (geen Naambord aan gevel) Geen airco in de kamers dus heel warm. Faciliteiten werden niet toegelicht tenzij je er om vroeg. Buurt oogt een beetje verlaten, weet niet of ik 's winters in het donker mij daar als vrouw veilig had gevoeld.

Awesome location, just two metro stations from the airport. You take M2 from the airport, and you almost arrive at the hotel :) Interestingly, the hotel does not have any signs to it. When you arrive at the metro station, it is the next gray building to the train station. However, you must walk 2-3 minutes to the hotel entrance (without the sign). A supermarket across the street is also very convenient for buying water, fruits, etc.

The breakfast was not a good value. If I stayed again, I would buy without breakfast. I am unhappy with the shower, as it is open, and water splashes all around. They do not even leave foot towels in the rooms.

Close to the train station. The bathroom is clean.

It doesn’t look like the pictures at all. I booked it because I thought my room will be big and look like in the photos. I feel catfished by it, I’d rather stay in the city area with that price or pay a bit higher. room look very old with old smell. I hv allergies and I cough a lot in the room.

Rendkivül jó az elhelyezkedése, 2 metrómegálló a reptér, 6 megálló a belváros, csendes, szinte kisvárosi környezetben. Szemben egy nagy üzlet (Nettó), ha éppen otthon felejtettél valamit vagy csak egy palack ásványvizet akarsz venni a napi túrához. A vízforraló és a tea-, kávébekészítés klassz ötlet .

Hiányzott egy hűtő a szobában, jó szolgálatot tett volna. Sajnos az elfogyasztott teát, kávét nem töltötték fel.

Smutsigt rum! dammigt, någon annans tandkräms rester i handfatet samt glasen. avsaknaden utav AC, det var varmt!!! kvaliteten på maten var usel för det priset... extremt lyhört hotell, så man störs av andra gäster.

The location was great

The first room we were given was horrible, there was a crack in the door, wall was dirty and the paint had fallen off in several places, carpet was stained. Not to mention there were insects in the bathroom. The room looked like a cheap motel and not a 4 star hotel. Sadly I can only attach one photo of the room to show. We’ve complained to the manager who agreed to move us to a premium room. I have to say the premier room was a lot better but still wouldn’t say it was worth the money. When we came in, there was hair in the shower drain, the hair dryer didn’t work and the pillow was super uncomfortable. The manager was quite unhappy that he had to move us that he didn’t let his colleague give us an adopter, he said there weren’t any but the next day another staff member took a whole box of adopters out when we asked again. I do have to say some of the staff were friendly and helpful but didn’t make up for the bad experience we had on arrival!

Alt, der var så beskidt, vandskader, værelser levede ikke op til det de beskriver ved booking.

Rummet såg fint ut. Fin utsikt in mot Köpenhamn. Nära Metro, Nettobutik precis intill.

Inga skyltar utanpå hotellet, visste inte om det var rätt plats och var man skulle gå in. Hårda sängar. Inga sängbord. De flesta vägguttagen var strömlösa. Aircondition väsnades så att det inte gick att sova. När vi stängde av den blev det så varmt att det inte gick att sova. Hotellets schampoo och tvål luktade konstigt (gammalt?).

Camera spațioasă, lift, restaurant superb, personal foarte amabil.

Desi au parcare interna trebuie plătită extra cu 20 euro pe noapte. Am ales sa parcam în afara hotelului în parcare publica gratis.

Das Hotel war für uns ein Zwischenstopp auf einem Skandinavien Roadtrip. Die Lage ist sehr gut, um Kopenhagen zu entdecken. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Metro. Durch den sehr guten ÖPNV kam man innerhalb von ca. 10 Minuten ins Zentrum und von da aus zu Fuß oder mit dem Nahverkehr zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber. Das Frühstück ist gut, aber auch nichts besonderes.

Beim Frühstücksbüffet war nichts abgedeckt. Dreck und Krümel am Büffet und auf den Tischen wurden nicht entfernt, sondern auf den Boden gekehrt.

Emplacement très pratique, proche de l’aéroport (2 stations de métro) et du centre-ville à 4 stations de métro. Proche de la plage. Propre et personnel accueillant

La piscine intérieure n’est pas chauffée

Väldigt nära metron, lätt att ta sig till och från flygplatsen. Skön säng! Nära en Nettobutik.

Allt var ok! Det vore som alltid trevligt med ett litet kylskåp men jag förstår om det inte är möjligt. Jag skulle ha utsikt, det var inte helt överensstämmande med verkligheten.

posizione Non rilevabile dai Maps. Quasi tutti i clienti finiscono al altro Best Western situato nella zona (e pur essendone consapevoli NON fanno niente!!). Nessuna insegna visibile fuori dal hotel e nei dintorni: tra hotel sbagliato, parcheggio e ripartenza, difficoltà di localizzazione, nuovo parcheggio, perso 30 min. Parking interno a pagamento e troppo caro (non necessario secondo me ma troppo raccomandato dalla Reception). Temperatura in camera su livelli "torridi", fuori dal normale.

Wifi didn't work. Bed was uncomfortable. Wrong location and no mention of hotel on the building. Don't know who runs it. No amenities in the room

P kælder og rimelig pris for parkering, Stort udvalg til morgenmaden. Tæt på metrostation.

Fik udleveret nøglekort der ikke virkede, lang vej ned fra 6. Etage, for at bytte nøglekort. Sengene var meget hårde. Døren til bruser kunne ikke lukke. Vandkoger defekt. Gulvtæppet var nusset/plettet.

La posizione è perfetta per una visita della città. A un passo dalla linea della metropolitana

Qualche lavoro di ristrutturazione delle camere sarebbe necessario visto l’importo pagato.

Very convenient location, really close (1-2 mins walk) to the Metro. Supermarket right across. The breakfast buffet was really good!

I could hear the train from our room (we were on the first floor). And we arrived on a weekend so I could hear some loud music as well. The bathroom floor was problematic — the glass that separated the shower from the rest of the bathroom didn’t go all the way to the floor, it was impossible to take a shower without getting the entire floor wet.

Geweldige ligging naast de metrohalte. 2 haltes van vliegveld en 5 naar het centrum. Supermarkt ligt er tegenover. Grandioos ontbijt
