Novedades en Stayz !!!! Nadie camina en la casa sin decir WOW !!!!!!!!!!!! Amplio salón de planta abierta, casa de 5 dormitorios, con grandes de vidrio bi-pliegues que se abren a la terraza con vista al puerto, lo que permite la vida interior-exterior. Amplia cocina abierta con todos los electrodomésticos modernos y gas para cocinar. Ahora con aire acondicionado y calefacción en el salón principal y dormitorios.
La casa duerme 10/12:
- Planta alta: habitación principal - 1x reina con baño privado, 1x reina, 2 x habitación doble, baño principal, cocina, balcón y sala de estar con aire acondicionado aunque fuera.
-Escaleras bajas: 1x reina, baño (con aire acondicionado), sala de estar con sofá cama desplegable y un lavadero que se abre a la ducha al aire libre y al patio.
Perfecto para las familias numerosas, dos familias o simplemente un lugar para sentirse como en casa. En la planta baja también es perfecto para permitir un par su espacio lejos de la parte principal de la casa. (o enviar a los niños)
Somos amables con los perros. No tengo un patio cercado, solo perros de la casa.
Ubicación y atracciones:
Una ubicación perfecta, (y muy céntrica) en el hermoso embarcadero de Coffs Harbour.
Impresionantes vistas sobre el puerto, con sol sale sensacionales. Tener la copa de vino listo para las noches de luna romántico, con una vista activa que cambia todos los días. Ver las ballenas pasan desde el balcón de julio a octubre
Un destino de vacaciones perfecto para todas las edades; A pie de las playas, puerto deportivo, cafeterías, restaurantes y el puerto. Nada es más de 5 minutos de distancia. Camine 200 metros de la playa del embarcadero protegida para nadar familia segura y rampa para botes. A cada lado del embarcadero hay dos grandes playas para surfear y dos playas para perros que no admiten perros. El galardonado Pet Porpoise Pool y domingo mercados están también en la misma calle, o tomar un paseo por la reserva natural de la isla de Muttonbird que se puede ver desde el balcón.
Con muchos restaurantes para elegir, solo está a una corta distancia a pie de excelentes restaurantes y comidas familiares o disfruta de mariscos frescos directamente de la cooperativa.

A great location and an extremely comfortable home for 9 adults to hangout - have space but also enjoy family time.
An extra TV downstairs would be a great bonus for those sport lovers.

My family( 10) of us and 2 little dogs had a fantastic weekend. The house was perfect, enough beds and bathrooms for all of us. It was central to activities or only a short drive. Would definatley recomend the property.

Spacious house for 10 member family group, beautiful views of ocean with lots of whale sightings, roomy and convenient kitchen, dining and living. Close to beaches and shops. Pet friendly policy appreciated.

We stayed for my sons 30th and there were 10 of us ranging from 26-87 and we loved the location, the view is amazing and the accommodation is beautiful with everything you could want. The beds and pillows were so comfortable too! We also loved a little play on the piano downstairs! Thank you Sharyn for an amazing stay!

I enjoyed staying in a central location that was near to restaurants and facilities, while also being able to hear the waves breaking on the nearby beach. I especially enjoyed sitting out on the large balcony and ate all my meals there. The nearby Gallows and Boambee off-the-leash beaches provided a wonderful time for my little dog who loves chasing seagulls.

The property was very comfortable, fresh, and well equipped. The balcony was a perfect place for relaxing with catching up with family members while overlooking the jetty.

House is large and spacious; 5 good sized bedrooms, three well laid out bathrooms. Kitchen very well equipped, lovely verandah. House warmed up quickly with the heating. Walking distance to beach, island, shops and cafes. Only negatives was lack of parking and poor repair on the ceiling, but I understand it’s about to be renovated. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location but the house needs a facelift
The house was very spacious and in a great location with a large and functional kiWe did unfortunately encounter issues with the house. The rubbish bins were full upon arrival and with bin day that morning this was going to be problematic, we had to store the rubbish on the balcony until the owner or someone else picked them up. The ceiling leaked downstairs when it rained, the main bathroom tap leaked and the hot water ran out a few times. The house is lovely however really needs some work done to rectify these issues as the paint is peeling and there’s mould in some places.

Average presentation of what could have been spectacular
Arrived to find rubbish bins had not been emptied and totally full. Also all bed linen etc from previous visitors where bunched up in laundry waiting to be washed. Not a good welcome. On the plus side, spectacular ocean views. House needed some TLC maintenance and good clean and coat of paint. Crisp white sheets on comfy beds. Tiniest, thin bath towels to use, and needs checking on sticking doors, light bulbs and dripping shower tap. Tried to contact owner several times, finally she did make contact , but not able to help, except to personally take some of our own rubbish we had put in boxes neatly and on her instructions left outside laundry. Felt our host was not very responsive to our comforts and needs.

Great location! Great size house.
Loved our stay. Plenty of room for an extended fam holiday. Location was fantastic - so close to everything - and an amazing view! Kitchen was well stocked with equipment. The only thing we’d say is the house is a little old with some noticeable wear & tear.

Fantastic location
9 adults had a great stay, the location away from the city of Coffs , close to beaches, walks, cafes and a beautiful view from the back deck made the experience more enjoyable as we had a heap of rain.
Kitchen very well equipped., and comfy beds.
The only downside was the roof leaks and the smell of mould in the downstairs rooms,
Which the owner said is soon to be fixed.

only on street parking available.its a mission to take luggagae to and from house from the car parked up the hill.If you had more than one car .you may not find a park close to house.

Lovely house lovely outlook
I have never stayed in such a well stocked house. Everything you could think of provided. Sauces, condiments chocolates in the cupboards. Ice making fridge was much appreciated. Hot water had been turned off in error but that was soon rectified (lucky we had a plumber with us). Fold out couch downstairs was also handy.

Family Reunion
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect! A very homely feel, amazing view, fantastic patio to enjoy the sunset and the beds were super comfy…..that was a big plus! So much space for all 6 adults to chill out, have our own queen/double bedrooms and not feel like we were in each other’s space. The location was fantastic, loved the early morning walks out to the marina and up the Island. Do yourself a favour and drop in at The Hub and get yourself a Acia bowl… yummy! Could not have asked for a better ‘home away from home’ ❤️

This was a perfect family holiday house that offered space, comfort and magnificent views.
Everything from booking to confirmation was easy. Our gracious host provided a well facilitated, beautiful, comfortable family home with everything you could possibly need and extra artistic decor touches. Sitting on the deck enjoying the stunning views was very relaxing. Our family of 4 adult couples and a toddler had heaps of room and a great time. We all loved the experience. Thanks Sharyn!

This house is well located and well set up for a comfortable stay. We spent a very pleasant week here. Access to the property by a keyed pad was easy and meant we were never looking for keys. The lounge, kitchen and dining areas are open plan, and lead onto a big covered terrace with an outlook to the harbour and the ocean. The beds were comfortable, the linen and towels of good quality, the kitchen well stocked with equipment and crockery. The house suited our family and we’d certainly consider re-renting if in this area again. The only drawback was that we had to do a major clean of the barbecue before use. Checking/cleaning the barbecue definitely needs to be included in the pre-rental cleaning and shouldn’t be the responsibility of the renters. Otherwise, all good!

This house is well located and well set up for a comfortable stay. We spent a very pleasant week here.

Whilst the Property was in reasonable repair and in a good location with a great view from the upper balcony, there are some issues considering the rental price. It is located on a reasonably busy street with no off-street parking apart from a single car garage. Some of the beds need updating. No insect screens on bedroom windows. Whilst there is a ducted AC, sometimes it is nice to be able to open a window without the mozzies and other bugs getting in.Our main concern was that the interior was not very clean on our arrival, though there were fresh sheets and towels placed in the bathrooms, the general cleanliness of the property needs improving. Eg, There was still dried food and greasy residue on the cooktop and also in the frypan. The floors were not very clean and the outdoor soft furniture is in poor condition (all need recovering). Other small annoyances were no dishwasher tablets or garbage bags provided and some food items from a previous visitor left in the freezer. Perhaps someone from the property manager missed doing the property check prior to our arriving.
