Zimmer waren sauber und man hat täglich Wasser bekommen. Frühstücksbüffet war in Ordnung.
Die halbe Anlage war in sehr großem Umbau sodass man nur die andere (weniger schöne) Hälfte nutzen konnte. Es kam dauerhaft zu lautem Baustellenlärm was es wenig entspannend gemacht hat.
Für die kleinen Zimmer und einem einzigen Pool mit wenigen Sonnenliegen stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht.
Patong ist leider grundsätzlich auch stark überteuert und der Strand aber sehr schmutzig und laut.

Zatrzymaliśmy się w hotelu na około tydzień w apartamencie dla nowożeńców. Na wstępnie zachwycił nas pokój - duży, codziennie sprzątany, codziennie zaopatrzano lodówkę w piwo, napoje i wodę. Wanna w patio bardzo wygodna można spokojnie leżeć w dwie osoby i oglądać film z laptopa. Wyjście na basen prosto z apartamentu też na plus, basen czysty, zadbany. Bardzo polecamy ten pokój - Honey moon room. Śniadania smaczne, a za dodatkową niewielką opłatą dokupiliśmy floating brekfast, czyli śniadanie, które zjesz w basenie. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo miła pozwolili nam zostawić bagaż do godziny 21 w dniu wylotu oraz przed wylotem jest możliwość wzięcia prysznica mimo, że doba hotelowa była do 12. Pan z obsługi złapał nam nawet taxi w ostatni dzień abyśmy dotarli na czas na lotnisko. Na miejscu bardzo blisko do okolicznych marketów z jedzeniem, restauracji, plaży, a także do 2 galerii handlowych i centrum patong. Spaliśmy również w 5 gwiazdkowym panwaburi resort i spa i burassari wychodzi zabaczenie lepiej jeżeli chodzi o komfort.

Good location, friendly helpful staff and clean rooms.
We were overly disturbed for housekeeping when we clearly displayed a DND sign. This happened on two occasions. On the first we were jet lagged and needed rest and the second we had food poisoning. On the first occasion when I opened the door a housekeeping man tried to enter when I opened the door ‘to check’ while my partner was going to the toilet. I had to say NO which was rather awkward. And the second time a house keeping lady called out we were asleep had no response (despite the sign) and just opened the door.

Das Zimmer hatte kein abschließbares Badezimmer nur ein Vorhang. Keine Möglichkeit ein Fenster zu öffnen. Sehr dunkel.

Very old and dark room .. need major maintenance and renovation.. price is very expensive comparing with other hotels at the same rate . Poor breakfast .. cleaning is not good.. a lot of mosquitoes

Simply wouldn't go anywhere else!
Location is perfect! Rooms (we had pool access room) were large and clean. Facilities amazing and staff absolutely wonderful.
Breakfast options have reduced. However still enough to satisfy us. Please bring back hashbrowns!

Zero insonorizzazione, si sentivano tutti i rumori della strada. La camera era davvero sporca, una patina ricopriva ogni superficie, specchi, vetri. Orribile. La colazione mediocre, non assolutamente da 4 stelle. Abbiamo trovato un pessimo meteo e abbiamo deciso di anticipare il check-out due notti in anticipo, consapevoli di aver una tariffa non rimborsabile abbiamo chiesto se era possibile magari venirci incontro con una cena prima della partenza, ma non hanno acconsentito. Inoltre al momento del check-out ci hanno tenuto al desk per diverso tempo per controllare la camera. Pessima gestione generale.

The staff was very nice ، they give us a snakcs and drinks in the first day as a hospitality.all the things you need will find in the hotel as a slipper a bech bag and towels for the beach and the mosquito spray.

The property is gorgeous and the rooms are spacious. We had a pool view and it was worth the extra money. The hotels location is right across the beach and easy to book for pick up’s for tours. The breakfast was very good and the pancakes were extra delicious. We are very happy with our stay and would come again.

The resort was very beautiful with the central pool and gardens.It was quiet considering it's location just off the main street, also very close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
The staff were outstanding. They were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was amazing with authentic Thai dishes and lovely bar area. I highly recommend this resort. Would definitely stay again.
We were unable to flush toilet paper in the toilets, which was the only small issue.

The location, resort environment and the bed
My room door card seems not to be working (room 3033- pls check the lock). . Had to go down to the receptionist to check for all the days. I book 2 room and 1 room need to change or verify card.
Full of insect esp cocroach-es around the complex. . Seriously eiiwwww. Tks God none in the room.
Would be good to place a fan at the receptions.
Room deco can be improve.

Staff excellent. Location perfect too for the beach
Never experienced mosquitos like it. Couldn’t sit on my balcony, so many around the breakfast area. The place really needs a good spraying as those little water areas around the eating area are a breeding ground.

Rooms were really good, nice comfy lounger bed on the balcony overlooking the pool was great! We didn't stay in one, but the pool access rooms looked amazing, would definitely stay in those if we came back!

If you are chasing a great buffet breakfast this might not be for you - the buffet was ok, had an egg station, but the eggs to order were undercooked for the poached eggs and fried eggs, not the best buffet but also not the worst either - variety was ok but not exceptional.
Also, we stayed during low season and it was very quiet, but I can imagine in peak season there would not be enough loungers at the pool - some mornings they had all been reserved by 9am... And the resort was quiet during our stay...
