وصلنا الصبح و من جهزت الغرف دخلونا قبل الساعه 2 وقت دخول الغرف كان في تفهم الحمدلله
الشراشف ما كانت تتبدل مع ان يشوفها متوسخه / ليس الحشوه ما يتبدل حتى لو كان عليه كاتشاب / الطبقه الفندقيه قذره و لونها متغير و عليها بقع دم هذا الشي يسبب أمراض / الستاره متبطله حد لاعب فيها و ما أصبحت ما تسكر كامله النور كله يدخل الغرفه / الغرف تحتاج صيانه صبغ تبديل اسره و فرش / كان في وسخ تحت السراير و أنا طلعته المفروض عامل النظافه يشيك على النظافه / مافي كوايه في الغرفه / التيلفزون بس يعطينا قناة وحده عربيه دبي الرياضيه و مش واضحه يعني لازم في تطور الفندق كله عرب / يحتاج يحط مايكرويف الواحد يسخن الاكل فيه / الغرف مافيها عازل صوت اي حد كان يتكلم حذالنا نسمع الموضوع كامل / المفروض العوايل اللي عدهم أطفال يحطونهم في دور روحهم ما يزعجون العوايل اللي ماعندهم أطفال / السعر كان جدا مرتفع / المرحاض كان طول الايام يشرب ماي يحتاج تغيير .

Excellent location and very very help staff. Room was spacious and hotel was in quiet lane despite being in a busy area. Nearest BTS was just 5 mins away by foot and 7/11 was just 2 mins away. Swimming-Pool was quite decent too.

We didn’t have the breakfast as we would go out and early lunch. The hotel is just 5 mins walk to Nana station. There are excellent Thai and Arabic restaurants within 5 mins walk from the hotel. 7-11 store is two minutes from the hotel.
The rooms are a bit dark additional lighting would be good.?

The bed was not comfortable over used it was like humps, tawls and blankets were old and one of the pillow’s had blood on it.
It’s not my first stay in the hotel i was surprised with all negative points that I saw in this stay.

the location was great and the family rooms were very spacious. I even had my own office table and chair! :)

In general it was Ok. The restaurant was good. The pool was clean.
The location is actually next to a sky train station BUT Bangkok is huge! And I wish I took a more central hotel.
They have to clean their windows!!! They are so dirty you cant see the outside properly (it does not have a good or interesting view anyway)

The location of this hotel on the BTS is convenient for moving around Bangkok and being in the Sukhumvit area makes many things within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a nice buffet of warm and cold dishes. The room was spacious, clean, and had an excellent view. If you need a taxi or tuk tuk, these are also easily arranged.
The only complaint we have is that the beds are too hard for our tastes.

overall the hotel stuffs helpful and kind , the price of the hotel is excepted near to Arab area
there are something need to improve like the water pressure and heater , and sometime the smell in hotel and rooms come from toilet was bad ,

Great location, friendly staffs and many tourists here.
The shower temperature is a bit hard to control. Either too hot or too cold (but it was maybe my poor skill to balance it haha)
The TV has less international selections. But it is fine.
Gym is a bit minimal if you are a gym rats.
