Good location, near mall and public transport stations, parking for my car, great breakfast, clean room, comfortable beds.

The position for visiting Budapest and surroundings is the best. Metro station is at 5 minutes from the hotel There is private parking. The breakfast is very good. The rooms are clean.

In our first two days there was a problem with the air conditioning system. It was repaired and the management team of the hotel sent us their regrets for this incident.

It was my second stay in this hotel and I still like it and not disappointed, because friendly and kind staff, good quality of breakfast, spacious room, feels like at home, area bit far from the center, but near you can find big mall for shopping and metro/bus station.

Beds were great and it was clean.

Elevator was broken few times

The hotel is at the end of metro line M3, with a big nearby shopping center named "KÖKI" (abbreviation of the name of the surrounding city part and the station of Köbanya-Kispest). There is a (quite) big open parking inside the hotel, which is free for the guests. The rooms are clean and confy, the staff is friendly and ready to help. We stayed as family there in 2014 and liked it so much that we came again in 2023. Though a little bit off the city center, it shouldn't be a problem for anyone who doesn't mind traveling by public transport. Definitily a good value for the money.

The lift in the hotel is not barrier-free - there is a small portion of stairs between the lift and the ground floor (where the reception is). That might be a problem for anyone with heavier luggage, strollers or the elderly or dissabled persons.

We have stayed at hotel chesscom several times. Each time, it is clean and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Comfortable beds ,decent sized room. Very handy for bus and rail travel.

Helpful front desk and cleen room like always. I am working at the airport so for me the location is good, 20 min by bus or 10-15 by car from the BUD airport. Metro station to the city centre is less than 5 min by walking from the hotel. Free parking at the hotel is a huge advatage.

Everything was great! The staff is amazing, they will guide you to anything you ask them! The rooms were clean, the breakfast was great! The location is excellent - very close to the metro and shopping center!

There was a foul smell coming from the bathroom the entire time.

I liked the location, and the staff and the breakfast were excellent. :)

The one-person room has almost enough space for one person only, so it's really small :( If you stay in the room only for sleep, it's okay, otherwise, it's easy to become claustrophobic. What I really missed from the room is a proper chair with a backrest. The bathroom is very-very tiny. It has suited for its purpose but is still extremely small.
