The place is incredibly clean and every detail thought out. It’s on par with any five star hotel from the linens to the warm lighting in the bathroom to the fresh thick towels. Will definitely be returning.

The home was clean with nice finishes and materials. (Ie nice towels, beds etc)and it was great to use the wagon to bring the cooler to the pool. Location to walk to restaurants was great.

This newly updated property is even prettier than its pictures. It is located within walking distance of the beautiful Kierland golf course, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The hosts have provided a well appointed condo with very comfortable beds. We would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

We loved this VRBO unit!
My husband and I are big fans of the Kierland Greens property. We tried a new unit this year and we are so glad we did. Raul and Jodi have provided a vacation mecca. If you forgot something, I bet they have it there ready for you to use. We had a great 10 day vacation and hopefully we will be back ASAP.

The place was decorated nicely. Very clean and well stocked! The location was within walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. Short drives to excellent hiking, Old town, botanical gardens and zoo. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This property is as described but better. It is like being in your own second home. Many nice touches that most properties don’t have. Condo is very clean and very quiet. I hope to stay there again! Location is excellent and convenient.

This was our second stay at this condo and it was even more impressive than our first. The condo was remodeled and is absolutely stunning throughout. The beds were super comfortable, EVERYTHING you could possibly need was provided for (we especially appreciated the kids gate, pack and play, and childrens dishes for when our grandson came to visit). The location is superb and the owners are friendly and easy to communicate and work with. We will never stay anywhere else when visiting Phoenix/Scottsdale.

Excellent Property!
We were so pleased with our stay! The house was immaculate. I am very particular about cleanliness and this condo exceeded my expectations. The hosts have thought about every detail and more. The condo is very well stocked; had everything from oil and vinegar, to knives, coffee and coffee maker, to *good* toilet paper (I can't stand when vrbo's buy the cheap stuff) to a welcome gift of wine and spaghetti! They have very nice beach cruisers that we used to go shopping and have lunch. The pool was awesome. The place is very easy to get to - we ubered everywhere and we never waited more than 10 min for our ride. The hosts were available if we needed them. Overall, I'd give this place more than 5 stars if I could!

Beautiful place, perfect location
My family and I just loved this place! The owners provided great details and recommendations as well. Super accommodating. The place was very nice and well decorated. It has everything you need and then some. Highly recommend! We’d love to come back!

Excellent stay in Scottsdale
We have been traveling using VRBO since 2015, our stay at the Varela’s was truly the best. We found Raul very responsive. We were not familiar with streaming, a quick text and he walked us through it. A disposal problem was fixed the next day. Kitchen is well stocked, awesome cookware and everything we needed for meal preparation. Location for golf, restaurants and shopping is perfect. The “Welcome Gift” was so thoughtful and appreciated. We definitely would rebook again for our winter retreat from Kansas.

A real gem
This place is amazing. Having previously lived in Phoenix, we know this location is very convenient to traveling anywhere in the Phoenix/Scottsdale are. Also a great location for restaurants and shopping.
But what sets this property apart is that the owners have made this the most thoughtfully and completely supplied place we've ever stayed at. It has everything. I mean absolutely everything and anything you would ever need for a comfortable stay. Its very clean, very comfy, great layout and as a guest it would be impossible to be better cared for. Simply superb in every way.

Just perfect
Raul was extremely communicative, flexible and helpful. The apartment is superbly appointed with everything provided, including certain foodstuffs and toiletries. The beds are extremely comfortable and the climate control is hugely effective. Common grounds are well maintained and the pool area is large enough with plenty of deckchairs and seating. The Bbq area is well kept too. Location is perfect for the wonderful Kierland complex of shops and restaurants and it is a 30 minute easy drive to the airport. Cannot wait to return

Fantastic property for family or friends. Owners are very responsive, property is as promised. Perfect location in center of Scottsdale near restaurants, shopping and golf courses. Would stay there again without hesitation. Loved the pool table.

Excellent property, one of the best ever
Great location, very clean, one of the best equipped properties, many extra touches. Manager great with communication. These folks do it right. I stay at many VRBO and similar listings, this one rates at the top. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Quiet, safe, comfortable, all the things you hope for when you book. This one delivers.

Perfect Base for Exploring AZ!
We enjoyed our stay at this property. Condo is located in a gated commmunity and is a great base to explore Phoenix, Sedona, and the surrounding areas. Community is laid-back, the pool area is very clean and well-kept. Great shopping, and fantastic restaurants are within walking distance. Property owners are extremely accommodating, and are very quick with communication. Would recommend.

Relaxing Week
Terrific place to stay in Scottsdale! Location is perfect - easy to walk to golf, shopping, and restaurants. Pool was great for relaxing in the afternoon when temps hit 90’s+. The condo itself is well stocked with everything we needed/wanted. We loved sitting on the balcony having an early morning cup of coffee or late afternoon glass of wine. Raul and Jodi were very accommodating. We highly recommend the condo and would stay there again upon a return visit.

Girls weekend
We absolutely LOVED our stay here!! It was perfect for our weekend girls trip. There were four of us and the condo felt so roomy and homey for us. The pool was so nice and felt “resorty”. Being walking distance to so much in Kierland was amazing. The managers were so accommodating and easy to get ahold of/communicate with. Highly recommend this cute vrbo!

Exceeded our expectations!
Communication with the owners was prompt and accurate. Every detail was considered when they decided to let others enjoy their home- We lacked nothing ! The condo is cute , clean and oh so close to many activities n Scottsdale. And if you don’t want to do anything other than lounge by the pool- that’s ok too! I only wish we’d had more time to spend there ( the condo and the pool!).

Fantastic experience!
My husband and I can't say enough about Raul and Jodi Varela's condo! The condo itself was beautiful and contemporary, and the Varela's offered all the comforts of home with items such as a coffee pot, coffee grinder, a full array of spices, brand new pots and pans, hair dryer, beach towels, bicycles, and a pool table. The location is also perfect! It's about an 18 minute walk to Kierland Commons- an outdoor shopping area that offers numerous restaurants, coffee shops and great stores. In addition, the Varela's were extremely prompt in answering any questions that I had regarding the use of their home. We highly recommend this condo!

The property made for a great getaway. We enjoyed all of the amenities of the apartment and the complex. The host communication was excellent. The property was clean with all the extra’s. The place was great and we thank our hosts for the use of their property.

Very clean condo! Fabulous location - walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the grocery store! Our kids sure loved the pool and hot tub! Quiet neighborhood! Owners responded quickly to any questions; very helpful! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect condo/location
My boyfriend and I had the best stay here! The location is perfect for shopping and not far from amazing Scottsdale restaurants and activities. You can tell Raul and Jodi have put tons of thought into the residence and their instructions. There wasn’t a question I had that they didn’t already answer! The cleanliness was impeccable and eased our minds while visiting during a pandemic. Would recommend and hope to stay here again!!

Great accomodations and relaxing!
The property was very clean and easy to access. Convenient indoor garage parking in a safe gated area and quite. The unit was nicely furished with modern features. Enjoyed the pool table!

Great location and property
Convenient to stores and restaurants, good neighborhood for walking. Deck gets the afternoon sun and great sunset views. We enjoyed the pool table. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans. The garage was good for loading and unloading. We felt very safe in the complex and enjoyed the pool area. We would certainly stay here again when we are in the area.

Wonderful place to stay
This has to be one of the cleanest condo’s we have stayed in. It was well equipped with everything . We did not do any cooking but if we had wanted to all the cooking utensils were there. The only thing I would suggest is to replace master bedroom mattress . It was pretty hard. But everything else was supper.
