Wir hatten ein schönes grosses Zimmer, alles war top, es war sauber und die Betten waren angenehm. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut! Wir werden wieder dort übernachten!

A recepção do hotel é excelente! Funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos. Hotel silencioso.

Nettes kleines Zimmer, mit allem es man für einen Kurztrip braucht. Sehr zentral gelegen, aber zurückgesetzt von der Straße. Leckeres Frühstück!

We had two double rooms, one was fine but the other was terrible. The room smelled really bad, and the carpet was wet (probably from a roof window having been left open in rain?). Unfortunately, the staff wasn’t able or willing to compensate us in any way. Would not stay here again.

The hotel is only a short walk from the town centre and has a couple of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The staff were very helpful. It was value for money for a stay in Baden Baden, which is quite expensive.

Location next to parking garage and within short walking distance to pedestrian zone, park and baths was good. Breakfast was nice, breakfast staff friendly, bedding comfortable and bathroom spotless. Room change/upgrade was given due to some type of facility difficulty.
The room change required entering side entrance which wasn't always open and no key was given. The light in stairwell was out along with one small light in room, which would have been nice to use for both rooms instead of bright ceiling chandeliers (as nice as they are).

weather was exceptionally cold and I found the room on the cold side too….needed to use two quilts and a blanket, although the bathroom was lovely and warm. Also there was a kettle in the room but no teas or coffees provided despite there being sugar…..

very well located to casino and Schauspielhaus. very friendly reception. very good bed - doesn’t look like because old fashion but very very comfortable.

Great location, specious and well appointed rooms (free water bottle, telephone handset, tea kettle, extra blankets etc.), extra ordinarily clean, good breakfast and very courteous staff. One cannot ask for anything more.

The hotel is a bit old and the rooms don't have air conditioning (it was in summer and unusually hot) , also the pillows were not the most confortable. The personal was very nice and the breakfast pretty good. Overall acceptable but I wouldn't repeat.

Best thing about the place was the staff. The receptionist who greeted us on arrival was really friendly and welcoming - she made a real difference. The staff at breakfast were also great too. The hotel has a great old worldy feel about it - and is well located to stroll into town.
