Cleanliness, staff & Breakfast, location

Heat in the room and unfortunately no air conditioning. Cold air fan in the room helped though.

The room was extremely overpriced, at least at the time I was staying there (nearly 200 euros per night for a double) for what is an average hotel experience.

Host is knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.The room was comfortable.The location was excellent for me. Great coffee shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Transit availability is very good.

be aware of late arrival method- access in evening is side door- front is closed- check your emails and spam folders and read all instructions bit of walk from the U Bahn if you have lots of luggage

Abusive attitude, the hotel management threatened me with problems, provoked a conflict. I really hope that the owner will be in my situation one day and taste a similar hospotality.

Quality breakfast

reception working time is till 22pm, we arrived 20:30, but reception was closed. we reserved room for two, but room was ready only for one person as u can see in photos.

great location, close to public transport restsursnts and bars, and yet relatively quiet.

The location is a little bit far from the centre, although it is close to S-Bahn station. The sofa in the entrance to the room was dirty with a huge stain on it

Breakfast was great - a variety of good food (with high quality products). And the place we had breakfast was absolutely charming - it was a beautiful café, which was much nicer than the typical breakfast areas in big hotels. All the furniture and interior looks as brand new - it's very clean and nice. The staff kept all the necessary sanitary measures, we felt very safe. The area surrounding the hotel is also very pleasant (small buildings of the old Weberviertel, Babelsberg).

Pension Zeitlos was ideally located for our almost two week stay in Babelsberg. We had a double room with a little kitchen, and an enormous closet, my daughter absolutely loved the breakfast. The stuff was friendly and helpful. On the street walking distance were 3 restaurants, numerous cafes, a movie theater with its own cafe/bar. Across the street there was a tram stop, and a Babelsberg tran station too close for needing a taxi, providing you are traveling light. If you like biking there were two bike stations 5 min walking, that were part of the local bike rental service. All of these things contributed to a great experience of exploring Potsdam and Berlin.

The only thing that made our stay complicating is that we were two people with opposite schedules with only one key to the room. So every day we had to figure out how the key would be passed around and who would wait for who and where.

The bed and the pillows were not comfortable. The tv wasn't working properly Price was a bit high but I haven't been before to that area, so it might be Potsdam that is expensive
