It was a great experience and the staff was very kind and professional. The location is exceptional, a quiet neighborhood and a big forest right in front of the facility. Just 10 minutes on train to get to the main station.

I think, it would be perfect if they work on improving the facilities to isolate the outside noise from the bedrooms. Sometimes I was able to hear some of the phone conversations the guest of the next room was having.

The team was always helpful and kind. We felt really welcomed. The breakfast was great, and it was quite fun to have a swimming pool! I'll definitely stay there again when back in Hannover :)

The room had a light smell when we arrived, I believe it could be ventilated more often to avoid this. Nothing that really disturbed our staying.

The bed was very bad!

My room was freezing cold. The pillows and blankets old and thin. My room was used as a storage for the owner. Boxes and stuff. I had too walk down a corridor. Down stairs. Thru the bar. Then shower at the pool shower. Anyone walking by could see in. Lol. Staff were nice. Breakfast was lovely. It's a eccentric hotel too say the least. Kinda like staying at your crazy cat loving aunties place with a nice breakfast. It's not for everyone but as a business trip it did the job.
