The staff were quite helpful. A couple of things were not working when we arrived, but were fixed right away! Very nice place to stay for exploring Spoleto!

The hotel is very cozy and I felt entirely at home there. Was intending to stay 1 night but stayed 3. Location is great, my room was overlooking the square and had a nice view towards the castle and hills. The room had a desk and chair which I always like to have, and the bathroom had a tiny stool which fits in the big shower and makes it easy to wash your feet well. The staff was so sweet, they were all super friendly and good people! :) The English isn't perfect but there were no issues with communication we could understand each other no problem, even though I asked quite a few things. In short, the place is super charming and I'd definitely stay there again.

There was a funny issue in my bathroom, there was a bidet that got in the way of the door opening and closing so I could only close the door with a lot of pushing :D That was funny rather than anything. The actual problem was the fan in the bathroom didn't work well so all the humidity stayed in. Luckily it was still quite warm when I visited so I just kept the windows in the room open and the bathroom door open (it was hard to close anyway). However it is definitely not nice and not healthy to have all this humid air, especially if you want to shower in the evening and stay in the room after. They should definitely fix the fan.

we tested positive for Covid while staying at the Clarici and the staff could not have been more helpful by calling a doctor for us, picking up breakfast, lunch and dinner for us and medicine the doctor prescribed. the staff went out of there way to help make us comfortable. thank you so much. AC was controlled centrally and turned off in the mornings, AC at room wouldn’t work

Hello, nice hotel Close to downtown (1.5 km) Room were nice, clean, comfortable even if a bit small but for 1 night was mora than perfect Also breakfast was quite good nice selection sweets as well as service No poarking available inside premise (8€ night) but just 50 mts on the stree there were public parking slot at 1€ hour) so having arrived around 21.30 I just paid 1,5 euros to have parking available till 10 am :-) In general a good experience

Breakfast was very good and the parking very convenient. The staff were all very helpful.

The bathroom was ok but instead of tiles the walls were covered with a strange kind of material. It was clean but it didn't look elegant.

Close to the old town of Spoleto and very convenient. Comfy bed and very clean. Breakfast was also great. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Travelling solo and felt very safe here.

It was a little warm overnight, aircon didn’t work so I had to open a window which made it very noisy - so bring ear plugs!

It was clean and quiet when we arrived at the hotel. Staff was friendly even they did not speak much english. Rooms was suitable for what we needed, no issues and bed was conformable.

More of a preference but the assistance who had to serve us food from the breakfast bar (due to covid) didn't understand what hot drink I wanted. No big deal. Food was plentiful and had a nice variety.
