La piscine, le personnel très agréable, l’accueil, la propreté des chambres, le petit-déjeuner et le repas du soir. Les boissons ne sont pas comprises dans le dîner mais les prix sont très abordables.

4 of the Spa facility’s were out of order having paid for a massage and €10 euro to use the Spa , no steam , no hamman all out of service

El bufet era mediocre (alimentos congelados). Un punto muy negativo es que la oferta de los servicios está limitada ,puesto que domingo tarde y lunes durante todo el día no se puede hacer uso del spa ni del gimnasio.

We loved the pool, location and the beautiful view from the room. All the reception stuff were really kind and helpful.

Breakfast could include more fruits and vegetables. We really missed some fresh vegetables to breakfast, like tomatoes or cucumber. A lot of personal stuff doesn’t speak English at all and as a tourist, the communication was very hard. The room would need a deeper cleaning. The curtains were really really dirty in room 416.

Had a really nice stay in Poseidon La Manga. Large - sized air-conditioned room, comfortable bed, bath tub in the bathroom and a great view of el Mar Menor from the balcony. Breakfast was of v good quality. The spa was fabulous, used it twice for a sauna and hydrotherapy circuit.

The male reception staff were not helpful when asked about places to go, etc. We were very upset when the same male reception staff member came up to my room and stood there saying please keep the noise down and said close to my face "blah, blah, blah" I said what dies that mean? thank you and shut the door as I found this to be very disrespectful. One member of my group was not allowed to enter the dining area because she wasn't eating - she just wanted to be with us because she wasn't feeling well. We were told no she couldn't because she might help herself to food!! So what? we paid for it she just didn't want to eat. Members of the oubluc at the hotel also grabbed and pulled someone's hair because they found a black woman with plaits fascinating. No, that's RUDE!!! When I asked to speak to the manager I was told by a restaurant staff member that I couldn't because the manager didn't speak English because she's "old" and didn't learn English in school that's just pure ageism and discrimination.

Asked for milk for room to make tea given a little milk but charged 1-50 ,give you tea bags but no milk?

Helpful staff. Beautiful room and bathroom, spacious, with fantastic view. Deck with basic furniture. Location was great as we had a car. Parking nearby was easy to find.

Sheets not changed in 5 nights - in a hot climate. Pool closed at 7pm when the sign said 8pm. The spa pools were barely warm, very disappointing. Dinner buffet - nice salads but the cooked pork was very tough and dry. Desserts were varied but not to my taste. One chair in the large bedroom.

nothing that special. some of the staff were quite helpful. i suppose the overall value for money was good as i got this room at a pretty special price but other than, everything else was quite forgetful. (said that, the young Colombian barmaid was pretty nice and quite helpful with information about La manga)

Hotel had 2 sides the tranquil side and the noisy road side alas I was not fortunate you will notice road noise room fridge made the right noise but kept contents warm ? Don't like corporate Internet, small hotels work fine without it ,breakfast was a large choice but included a lot of hot and cold meats , not so good for us vegetarians

Location for the hotel is just perfect: easy to find, with great view from balcony! Hotel rounded with water on both sides, the closest beach perfect for kids, to "find" deep water, you have to walk in the water approximately 1km😅 On other side of road is regular - beach. Dinner and breakfast were tasty, good variety of food. Will defenetly come back here.

The spa was excellent. All the staff were friendly & helpful.

Disappointed in location. At this time of year very limited options outside hotel. No promenade for walking.

I really liked the beds! Also, the bar had incredible a live singer, she plays every Tuesday night s if you are looking for that book it - you really wont believe how good she is. The pool was nice.

I really hated all the emails I got (5) in advance asking me to check in online! The spa pool also had a 20 euro per hour fee and there is free parking close by if you want to save the 15 euro euro a day charge. The posted pool hours were not respectedand I remember one surly staff member spoke English very well at one point, but at another point pulled no speakee bit wen I needed coffee something before checking out. Aside from him, staff would get full marks.

The Spa staff was not helpful at all. Lack of attention.

The staff at the hotel were amazing, my wife had her birthday well we were there and when we went out the hotel had put a bottle of bubbly in our room for her. the location for us was perfect only a minute walk from the beach. Restaurants close, shops close and easy to find.

I can't think of one thing the hotel was perfect for us.
