A very lovely welcome from the staff to a very nice hotel. The room was fabulous and a really good price. Its right on the front and a good 20 min walk from the Medina which I loved but petit taxis were easily obtained if you wanted to ride.

The place is famous for its wind and it didn’t disappoint. The pool area was very blowy

the staff in the hotel have charged twice. the price has exchanged to moroccan dirhams then they charged me the same over rates in Euros.

The hotel and room were superb and the staff charming. We had a glorious sea view from our room. The breakfast was very good.

Personally I could not stand the permanent smell of your lemon, bleach like floor cleaner. I saw the cleaners using enormous amounts of the very powerful liquid that made a lovely hotel smell more like a hospital.

I’m overwhelmed with sense of hospitality. I can’t find a decent words to express my feelings. However thanks Mostapha and his staff for providing me and my family with an excellent service. Thanks for the front door staff, for the bellmen 🛎️ Thanks for the receptionist they are awesome. I’ve been all over the hotels, but Atlas Essouira and spa is the best ever. From now is my preferred hotel. Thanks again for all of you

Very nice beautiful and clean

We enjoyed our stay. The bedroom, facilities and location were great and so were the breakfasts.

The finishing in some parts, eg the bathrooms and pool areas, were not up to standard. They need to improve these if they want to attain a 5 star rating.

I had a great stay at the Atlas Hotel! Thank you Ayoub for a speedy checkin which took less than 5 minutes and giving us a room upgrade! The sea view room was spacious and had plenty of space to relax in. The beach is across the road and there is a private beach area for guests of this hotel. We went in February and there was hardly anyone on the beach. Le Severn restaurant is situated on the beach and the food is very good and conveniently located. You have toilets there too. The bed was comfortable and plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom has good quality toiletries and shower had good power The breakfast had a reasonable selection of hot and cold foods. You can order your eggs to be freshly made and Moroccan pancakes. We tried room service for breakfast and obviously had less of a selection but still good. Let them know what style of eggs you want. I also had room service for dinner and tried the roast chicken and burger and chips and both were excellent. Price was the same as some of the restaurants outside. The massage therapist in the hotel were excellent so highly recommended. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Throughly enjoyed my stay and would visit again.

- The location - the sea view - the hotel upgraded our room to sea view free withouy paying anything - the breakfast staff especially Rachid. He was doing a great job (and always smiling)

For those who travel alot and have seen and tested many things : - the upgraded room was not clean. Smoke smelling - most light bulbs were not working - the bathroom shower was not optimal - the diner was not good at all - the breakfast was not good at all - 95% of the staff are not smiling. They seem like forced to work

The room was big enough and rather comfortable. Daily cleaning was also OK. It was warm in the room, there was no feeling of dampness which is very important for winter season. It was a pleasure to get a welcome pack (fruits).

First of all, do not trust the pictures with sea view! From the photos I had an impression that the hotel is located on the beach and I even didn't check the map (my mistake!). We paid extra for the room with sea view, I was dreaming how I will be enjoying the view of the ocean from the window listening its sound. So my 1st and biggest disappointment was to find out that instead of the ocean I "enjoy" the street with the noise of cars. Yes, the beach is 100 m from the hotel but you need to cross the street and it causes also the noise. So the pictures here mislead. Ask for a room on a higher floor, you will see the ocean better not the street (we were on the 2nd floor). The hotel needs renovation, the bathroom was OK but it also requires renovation of equipment. Breakfast is OK, nothing special for the price it costs. SPA access is provided for additional charges (meaning indoor pool and sauna). Speed of WIFI was good. Spring water is provided just once upon arrival. Overall impression - the hotel is good, calm, we had wonderful time there, the staff was pleasant and helpful but the hotel is overpriced considering what is included into the price and overall conditions.

EVERYTHING!!! I had a dream stay at Atlas Essaouira ❤️🧡😍 I checked just before New Year's Eve and could not have asked for a better place, with the most amazing people to welcome 2023. Let's start with the AMAZING director, Nadia💖 A more welcoming, dedicated and world class hotel executive I haven't met. When I checked in, she told me 'You are home' and I felt that way every single day of my stay. The hotel is spotless (not a speck of dust anywhere), the decor is spectacular and the facilities (you want to check out the heated pool in the spa 😉) are awesome. She had a New Year's Eve dinner that was magical, with live music from various traditional Moroccan groups, a belly dancer and a DJ who was so good I started following him.on IG. It was a musical tour of Morocco with a fun, fun countdown to the new year. The staff is super professional, attentive and friendly. Sanae at La Boutique helped me pick fabulous pieces I can't wait to rock. Mustapha. Mohammed & the rest of the serving staff at Les Alizés always had a smile for me when I came for breakfast and never rushed me even though I always showed 5mins before closing lol Samira at the spa...OMG!!!...She has the softest and strongest hands ever! Make.sure you get your massage and facial with her💖 One of the security guards walked me to the beach at night across the hotel to make sure I was OK for this particular pic I wanted to take then stayed with me until I was done. Essaouira is a beautiful beach town. You can ride a camel or a horse on the beach, pick your fish from a fisherman and have it grilled on the spot, do great shopping! The next time I come to Essaouira, it will be at the Atlas or I will change my dates...that's how much I loved the place. Thank you Nadia & team🙏🏽🙂😍🧡❤️
