friendly staff and very clean

was a very short shuttle bus away from Samoens ski lift. I thought it was supposed to be walkable.

Lovely comfortable hotel in an excellent position. Ski bus stop opposite the hotel.

Great facilities, outdoor covered swimming pool & hot tub which were unfortunately not in operation due to heating costs. Couldn't get dinner on a couple of evenings as fully booked.

great hotel run by a really helpful and caring family. Amazing spa facilities barely used by others in summer. Right in the heart of Samoens. Very comfortable generous rooms. I will be back!

Very friendly family run hotel. Perfect location on edge of town centre. Next to ski bus stop or a short walk to ski lifts.

breakfast was ok nothing special but 15€ a person extra. Room was nice with a nice balcony. The Tub/shower was leaking so we had a flooded bathroom after every shower but that was an easy fix with some towels.

unfriendly staff who would not let us dine at the hotel restaurant because we did not make reservation.... we were a couple so just two people. Turned us down without any option for the night. Same at all the other restaurants in town! Super unfriendly and bad service! Not coming back! We travel a lot for surfing and snowboarding. I don't know if people were just having a bad day while we were there but we have never experienced so many unfriendly people even tho we tried to speak some french. Not giving your guests a dinner option at all ("we ll try to get you a table in an hour or later", or "we can get you some snacks to your room", or "we ll call another restaurant for you and see if they have something available", or "we ll order food for you" ...) is a no go and bad service. And being rude like they were is even worse. They just said "No we are complete" when asked for a table and when I mentioned that we were staying with them she replied "I Know" and left.

Loved the traditional French style.

Nothing really. Maybe difficult to park in high season but really not a problem.
