Popi was such a lovely host, wih a very responsive communication up front, and she was flexible regarding my check-in request. The bedroom was very nicely furnished. It looked like old heirlooms.

The sunrise in the morning is absolutely wonderful! Apartment is so clean and cosy😍👌🏽

The appartment is in great location, with a side view to the sea (other appartments have a full view). the sea and town center are in walking distance. we had no problems finding free parking for our car, after receiving instructions from our host. the host was lovely, took care for all of our needs and gave us all the information needed. we will definitely consider going back to the same hotel, if we arrive to agios nikolas again

This was a perfect apartment. The placement at the beach is indescribable. From this position you can start your travailing around Agios Nikolaos an come back to sit on the balcony to enjoy the view above the sea.

Great location quite near the heart of the city, adequate price. The room is like a mini flat, you have everything you need there from the storage with a lock and an iron till a small kitchen, air conditioner and even a waffle maker. Incredibly warm and sweet owner and she's a pro at what she does. If we have a chance to visit the city again, we'll definitely stay at these apartments again! Also has a free wifi :)

The host was kindly able to upgrade us to the full sea view rooms and they were splendid, with large door windows in each and a very comfortable balcony. The seascape of a broad horizon of sea and sky was excellent, visible directly from the bed that was of very good quality providing an excellent rest. Awoke to a glorious sunrise! Close to shops and amenities and a seaside promenade walk away from the centre of town, a great spot made evident by the construction of a five star hotel just next door. The host was wonderful, making sure we visited splendid spots in Crete and we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay, lucky enough to arrive in time for the Wednesday local market. Very highly recommended.

We don't like that if we tell everyone what a wonderful place this is, it might be difficult for us to book the same again next time.

Nice place, very comfortable spacious rooms. You can see the sea from the window and of course, it is no more than 5 minutes walk. It was quiet and the host is very friendly. Keep it up)

There was construction work beside. Some new hotel. So sometimes there is noise but it is manageable.

Good value for the price.

The host is very friendly. We arrived very late (10p.m.) and still got a very warm welcome. The seaview is great - from bed and balcony (just a small street, not many cars).

It’s a very good place to stay. Only 3 min walk to the “center”, beautiful sea view. The owner was very helpful and super nice. The room was also great, clean and comfortable. Good place to stay. With very nice beach 4km away (there is one tiny just in front of the estate but we preferred different and since we had a car we were exploring the area rather than to stay in one place). The city is also very picturesque.

Small balcony (thin and long so for more than 2 was tricky to sit ;)), Restaurant on the same street was opening at 6am and moving chairs in a super laud mode. So we were waking up instantly. But at least we had a long day to sightseeing;)

clean and spacious apartment room; strong and stable WiFi; comfortable bed; bathtub; balcony; shops, cafe, restaurants, supermarkets, and everything is nearby; very kind staff who allowed me a late check-out; perfect sea view (Many hotels/apts advertise a room with "sea view" but it's often that the sea view is distant or only partial due to obstacles in front; however, this apartment offers a real sea view).
