Overall, a very nice hotel and stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were nice; clean and all in great condition. The morning breakfast is great! The location is very good; roughly 0.5 miles from most tourist locations, but quiet surrounds made it a great place to stay. Several choice restaurants were less than a five minute walk from the hotel. Additionally, the train and bus stations are a 6-7 minute walk away.

Very dated, has not been updated for 15 years (since last staying there). Room was in he basement next to the gym, far away from entrance. Bathroom was not completely cleaned, sink/basin not clean. Very small room. Lukcily was only there for one night and briefly as a stop over, would not stay for longer.

Frukosten är helt ok förutom apelsinjuicen som var hemsk denna gång. Enkel in o utcheckning.
Rummet var litet o trångt och saknade kylskåp. Sen låg madrassen konstigt ut över kanten.
Brukar vara nöjd med rummen annars.
Har säkert bott där minst 10 gånger.

Central gelegen
Kleinste kamer ik heb ooit meegemaakt, om te kunnen strijken moest ik de kamer opnieuw indelen. De strijkijzer was stuk en plakte tegen mijn kleding. De muur naast het toilet was smerig, had receptie geïnformeerd maar het was niet schoongemaakt. TV AirPlay functie werkte niet. Douche deur hield de water niet tegen en ik moest 1 van de 3 kleine doeken gebruiken om de vloer droog te maken

Tyvärr var det fönster till en innergård från rummet. Det vore ok om den informationen fanns med när man bokade så kunde man välja om man kanske ville betala mer och ha bättre utsikt.
Egentligen handlar om att får bättre information om rummet.

Frukosten bra med det mesta man kan önska. Mycket mänskor på frukosten, sittplatserna utspridda, t.ex shotar fanns bara på ett ställe (missade dom). Inga plättar/pannkakor ens på söndag, som tidigare funnits på Scandic.

Golvet i rummet var dåligt städat - klibbigt och fläckigt av (troligen) spilld dryck.

Rummet var väldigt litet och stämde inte alls med bilderna vid bokningen.. väldigt svårt att hitta på hotellet med olika hissar och trappor för att ta sig upp och ner för att komma till rummet eller tillbaka till receptionen

Single usage rooms have enough space but the bed was not comfortable. Additionally, there is no sound barrier or isolation between each room.

Quaint old section, we had a rooftop balcony overlooking city skyline. Incredible breakfast included. Easy access to Central Station & local shops.
WiFi dropped out, but it was an apple thing! My Samsung didn't miss a beat.

Room that we were swapped into was good
On arrival the tv in our room would not work, maintenance man called to resolve but couldn't and I was initially told it would be looked at the next day. I had to push to swap rooms and initially told we couldn't as fully booked but then we were moved to another room when I asked for compensation as the room was not as booked.

Nothing really. Only I wished this hotel was available at this rate I stayed the week after, as well. Since the prices almost doubled the next week, I couldn't stay again : (
