Spacious room in a perfect location, close to great restaurants, shops and the beach. Very helpful owner.

The location was close to the main part of Pescara. Lots to see and do. Sabrina was an excellent host - from washing our clothes to giving us suggestions on what do and what was on locally. The room was very clean and kept clean during our stay.
The only thing that we found was we could hear when other guests in the building were coming and going.

The room is amazing! Everything was clean, modern, nice smell in the room, daily cleaning and cosmetics. Clean and comfortable kitchen with everything you need. Great location, close to the beach, city center with stores and cafes and very quiet and peaceful.
Sabrina is an amazing hostess and easy to communicate with. She welcomed us perfectly and was always quick to respond to messages. We received helpful recommendations from Sabrina for cafes and other places for a rest.
We used the beach where there were umbrellas and sunbeds at a discount.
We are very happy with our vacation in Civico, we tell our friends about it and want to come back to this place!!!

We had great stay at Civico 28. Place is close to the beach and the center, rooms are very clean (cleaned every day) and they have balcony. The host, Sabrina is amazing person - very kind and helpful with many tips what we can do in Pescara and help when needed. We recommend a lot!

The location is perfect, 5min. from the station and also from the beach. The host, Sabrina is the nicest person ever. The room was super nice and clean with a balcony and a spacious bathroom. We do highly recommend!!!

I have only the most positive emotions about this hotel. Comfortable as at home, the location is perfect,
the purity is impeccable. Especially gratitude to Sabrina, the sweetest person...she is always ready to help guests. Highly recommend.

Accommodation in a great location right in the center, in a quiet street. The beach is a few minutes away. There are pleasant cafes, restaurants and a grocery store around.
The room and bathroom are clean, the balcony is a great place to relax in front of the sun. Right next to the room is a common kitchen where you can make coffee, tea or food, there is also a fridge.
Best of all was Sabrina who was very helpful with everything and made our stay really great. If we come back to Pescara, we will definitely stay here again!

Down a little quiet side street off one of the main streets in Pescara, central for the station, bars, restaurants and shopping. Beach less than 5 minutes walk. Everything within easy reach.
Very friendly and welcoming host.
Room and whole house was modern, tasteful and spotlessly clean.
No parking on site but lots of low-cost parking near the station, 5 to 7 minutes walk.
