Perfekt Breakfast with extaordinary variety of good. Nice Hotel in the middle of the Mountains. Very friendly staff.

The ambience in the hotel and the beauty of the village and the surroundings. Also, the rooms, the shower, and the breakfast are excellent.

Nothing really...

Rooms looked nice, beds very comfortable, nice furniture although there was visible wear and tear. Heating was good, great location with quite a bit of parking although it was full during our stay. The reception and lounge area in the ground floor is quite spacious with numerous sofas and a huge fireplace which was in operation when we went (December). We did not try out any of the additional services of the hotel but they apparently have jacuzzi/sauna/massage too.

Soundproofing is nonexistent particularly on the hallway doors or outside the room. The shower is very small and not easy to get inside - for a hotel that has spa/wellness centre this is a bit problematic! My shower doors were dislodged from the rails clearly from past guests that could not fit in.

The hotel ist built of stone, which fits very well to the houses of the old village. At the interior ceiling and walls are decorated with dark wood; dark wooden furniture as well, which gives a traditional impression.

The furniture was rather worn and the carpet in the room was damaged. When we came into our room, there have been a lot of flys, because the mosquito-window was not usable. We complained at the reception, (because my friend ist rather sensible to mosquito bites) and expectet to get offered another room, bill reduction or repair of the mosquito protection. But nothing happend, total ignoration! (Fortuntelay thererwere no mosquitos at the night). The coffee at breakfast, titled "Filterkaffee", was surely not a coffee made by the filter coffeemachine, but of instant coffee powder. There was no other offer of coffee. Next day we asked for a greek coffee, which was much better!

The breakfast was very good and the staff willing.

I think there is need for some renovations,like new carpets ,wall or doors painting.

The hotel is located centrally, parking is easy from the street, the room was very spacious and nice, with a rustic touch, as the entire hotel, bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and of decent size. The room has a little balcony with a breathtaking view of the whole village. Breakfast was abundant, including local pastries. The location of the hotel is perfect, as it close to Loussios Gorge, Prodromou Monastery, Karytaina Castle.

I liked everything

Excellent hotel, extremely well-renovated and decorated with high aesthetics. The hospitality from the staff and their positive energy, despite the hotel being fully booked, was highly appreciated. The hotel's lobby is magical, with a big fireplace in the middle, huge and comfortable sofas, board games available and a big TV. The location was the best you can get, in the wonderful and peaceful Stemnitsa village, next to the road and with everything in closing distance.

The use of the sauna and jacuzzi is with extra charge, which is quite high, so the management should consider to offer at least one sauna or jacuzzi session free of charge to the hotel guests. Also, there is room for improvement to the coffee served in the hotel.

Good location, cozy rooms.

Did NOT take measures against COVID-19. Staff was not wearing masks at all times. Certain guests were being served breakfast from the buffet without wearing masks and the hotel’s staff did not tell them anything. Same guests were not wearing masks in the hotel’s common rooms and again no intervention from the hotel’s staff.
