Hôtel magnifique. Le personnel est chaleureux et réactif. Les buffets sont exceptionnels : beaucoup de choix et très variés en fonction des jours. La plage est au calme - le centre nautique propose des activités variés et le personnels est top. Le spa est splendide. Nous avons fait 2 soins dans un cadre très nature et les masseuses sont très compétentes, un vrai moment de déconnexion. Nous étions en couple et c'est un lieu parfait hors vacances scolaires, il y avait que très peu de famille. Je recommande vivement

Vilket fantastiskt hotell, så lyxigt! Bra snorkling, bra mat, bra service och toppenbra rum. Underhållning på kvällarna. Atmosfären var fantastisk! Rekommenderas varmt! Egentligen behöver man inte lämna hotellkomplexet. Vi tog buss in till Grand Baie, bussarna går varje kvart.

Great resorts for the family, with activities, beautiful beach & setting. The staff were all excellent, and the dive center is fabulous!

Pool was really cold, not heated, so not good in Mauritian winter months. Also, half board you don’t get any complimentary water, which is disappointing. Some of the equipment is getting tired (pool tables & ping pong tables) and the rooms are older, but still very clean, comfortable and decent.

The timings of the restaurants. You can’t have them closing at 930 at tourist destinations. Was quite a shocker for me

The friendliness of the people, the atmosphere, the children-friendliness, that there is an interesting youth-program etc. etc The help I got, when My sister broke her arm on the way to swim. Nice idea with the two special restaurants. Excellent was the presence of so many nice people, working and making holiday!!! The music and dance in the evenings!

Once, we got sick of the dinner. We were not the only ones, but after one day, it was good again.

While many of the staff are very friendly and helpful, some are not. Had two very unpleasant experiences, including a barman pointing and shouting at me in a foreign language (to me) as I left the bar, and there were other occasions where we felt unwelcome. Also, did not sleep well due to heavy footsteps from guests in room above us and noisy hallways outside our room.

Everyone was wonderful, very friendly and helpful... eager to please guests. Mr Rama and front desk staff awesome. Our allocated room was not suitable for us and Mr Rama gave us an upgrade at no extra cost... Much appreciated... Thank You🙏Shameema, Reaz, Amrita, Seeratan and all the staff were fantastic.Food was great. A lovely resort. !!!

February month is much too hot and humid. It's also cyclone period... "Freddie" was quite scary...

It was a very relaxing moment in the hotel for both of us. Food services was excellent with a very big variety of dishes. Entertainment was a bonus through out the stay in Beachcomber resort.

It's a Paradise ! I loved everything. Hospitality at its best. Beautiful beach with plenty of sun beds. We had a full board option, everything from Breakfast to Dinner was splendid. There were quite a few activities in the resort to keep you excited. I learned archery for the first time and thanks to Rajeev and Dimitry for teaching me. Shabeer in the entrance is always friendly, Amrita, Muhamad, Imtiaz, and many more at the restaurants were very friendly and always serving us with smile. We had the opportunity to celebrate Christmas and New Year at the resort. Hats off to the management for making these days special. We loved the fireworks on the New Years eve, it was a spectacle. All I can say is, Thank you very much for making or honey moon holidays very special, we will remember it forever. 😊

From the minute I walked into the resort it felt like you were in paradise. The location, setting, decor and facilities were just incredible

The a la cart would only allow male dinners on if they had trousers on. we hadn’t read this and therefore could only eat in the Buffett so went out of the hotel for a couple of nights. The manager I spoke to regarding this was rude and looked me up and down (I have to say, this is literally the only negative and wasn’t letting him spoil my opinion of a great hotel) I would say a tailored male chino short is far more stylish and elegant than a male in tracksuit pants/cargo pants etc which is what I saw when I was there I think you need to re look at this to be more inclusive. it was over 30 every day and therefore to warm for me trousers

Hotel- very nice hotel high quality, clean, well maintained, beautiful gardens and plants all over. You do have everything on-site : proper gym , mini golf, pool table, swimming pool, spa, water activities, sauna etc… Restaurant- 2 restaurants & 1 buffet. Not boring food everyday the menu is different and both the Italian and navigator are highly recommended. However, we were all inclusive which worked perfectly, we didn’t have to worry about the budget Service- excellent service all over the place and the stuff is so professional and extremely nice, nothing is too much for them and with a smile all the time. The service is quite impressive in sense, we got special price for the all inclusive and on our last day we had the day free of charge (food & drinks). Wonderful and unexpected surprise from one of the stall Reena, she organised my husband birthday and our wedding anniversary cake and music.

Beach - is shallow and rocky , however a beautiful fish, you feel like you are swimming in an aquarium . don’t forget your masks

We absolutely loved our stay and the entire experience we had at Canonnier. A beautiful, activity packed and fun filled setting. The atmosphere was pleasant, and it’s clear that hospitality isn’t anything new for the staff, their ever willing attitude made us feel like Royalty. Anne Marie - Thank you for the warm welcome and for the time which you took to ensure we were well informed. To the Staff- Amrita, Adil, Reaz, Gerish and Lomesh to name a few… there wasn’t a single request that was unachievable for you. To the chef at The Navigator who needs a round of applause for the lobster which is a must during your stay At Canonnier. Thank you for your hospitality, chats, warm smiles and for taking care of us during our stay at Canonnier.

The all inclusive package is definitely recommended. We could sip cocktails from early and the fact that you do not need to worry about a budget was fantastic. The staff was super friendly and made sure we're as comfortable as possible.

Mauritius in general are very expensive, but some activities as the hotel that's not covered by the all inclusive package are seriously expensive compared to what we pay at home...i.e. the pool tables, which makes rainy days a bit limited in what you can do. It would also have been nice if the hotels had shuttle services to some of the big tourist attractions.
