Cleaners disturbing

I loved the view and the rooms, fresh and clean, the breakfast had a variety and catered for everyone, the kitchen staff very helpful and friendly, the room had more than what I expected when it comes to bath soaps, they had shampoo and conditioner, also a kettle and heater

No Dstv just normal sabc channels and they were also unclear, no Iron in the room, the pool was non functional. Lights went out at 8pm and there was no back up generator, had to wait until loadshedding was over 😔

Location

Rooms need lots of maintenance. My light kept turning on and off at night, the hot and cold tap on the basin was switched around, my torch didn't work during load shedding and my bedside table was falling apart.

Since load shedding is part of our lives, it is advisable for establishments to invest in alternative energy sources. it’s not nice to experience load shedding in a hotel when it’s very cold the Wi-Fi password didn’t work, but it wasn’t a big deal

convenient location and friendly staff, also returned a device I had left in my room on checkout promptly.

Generators were not working in the rooms during load shedding.

Location - close to where I would need to be frequenting.

Room could do with a spring cleaning. Aircon started leaking whilst in use on the second night of stay. Staff didn't seem to be wanting to be of friendly assistance with most interactions.

The breakfast is was fairly good & the location is perfect, hence accessing nearby major places easy.

The electricity power cuts due to Eskom's ongoing load shedding are really disruptive. I wish the property could invest on an alternative power source.
