- Location: very quiet, not that far from Oberstdorf center, very close to Nebelhornbahn and to the beginnings of multiple hiking trails. - The staff. They helped us a lot to sort out an uncertainty with our departure in the face of the starting DB strike.

- Sometimes the amount of noise from the hotel during the day/evening was quite noticeable, which is rather disappointing for such a quiet place. - 2 of 3 room windows that can be opened are very close to the ground (0.5m ) - you cannot just leave them open at night unless you are ready to deport some visiting cat at 2 AM. The third window is not much better in this regard. The kitchen windows do not have this issue. - Some of the furniture was of the sort about which one needs to take special care not to damage it. - Lack of drying facilities even of the simplest kind. When hiking in a place which gets 200 mm of rain every summer month on average, some place where one can just hang all the wet raincoats/backpack covers to dry and not worry about water dropping onto the floor would be very welcome.

We were very happy with our stay in this hotel. The room is fully equipped with everything you need (including electric kettle) and the balcony is terrific – spacious, cozy and the mountain view is a real eye candy. The room is quite. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also ordered breakfasts and liked them as well. I can only recommend this place!

The couple who runs the hotel are very accommodating, friendly and very professional. We are very satisfied throughout our stay. Proper hygiene are well observed, we felt very safe. Before breakfast, they make sure that your hands are disinfected before they point you to your assigned table. I would recommend it to my friends.

The check out time a little too early.

I stayed in a single room with a balcony. The room was clean and comfortable, the balcony was a perfect place to spend the evening after a long day on the mountain trails. Breakfast was amazing! Great selection of fresh baked goods and EVERYTHING you could possibly wish for. The owner was very friendly and forthcoming, ready to greet guest with some disinfectant spray for the hands and coffee when they arrived at breakfast. His wife, who did the check in/check out with me was also absolutely lovely. They took precautions and had rules in place to make the stay feel safe - thank you. Highly recommend a stay at this hotel!

The breakfast and the location are exactly like in the other's comments and like in the pictures from site. The lady who own the hotel is really pro-active and she had made her best for our family (and for the other tourists from the hotel :-) to) and she found the best solution for our 2 full-energy children: she has offered to us in the same price, the family apartment (2 bedrooms, a big balcony and 1 spacious kitchen) in stead of the standard family room (which we reserved initially). The apartment is the best solution for the families with maximum 2 small children (until 12 years old), because is nobody down to be deranged by children's noises during the silent hours. It was the first time when we have had the courage to stay on a hotel with our children (until now we had rented only apartments or houses), but for sure we will return.

We received a spacious apartment in stead of a standard family room, for the same money. How could I comment about Liberia Hotel something negative?

Everything. Varied breakfast, location in Nebelhorn's cable car proximity, accommodation. What else would you like on a ski holiday?
