the property was modern and clean and so close to town you could walk everywhere. As an above knee amputee it was great to see the hotel able to easily manage disability.

I loved the entire experience

The location was excellent. The room had good space. Everything worked as expected. There was reasonable counter space in the bathroom. The breakfast was excellent.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Room size is big, which is no small thing in Argentina. Staff is friendly and ready to help. I definitely recommend this place. One of the best hotels I've stayed in Argentina. They have bikes you can use for free and also beach chairs and towels.

There where some minor issues like the safe at the room not working or a chair with a broken leg in the room. But they fixed it immediately.

The room is very big and beds are so comfortable.

The breakfast is not so varied and less people than required is working so you can wait more.

The only thing that was a shame was no view from the room.

The location is good The breakfast was good, the hotel was full so the staff had trouble keeping up with missing stuff but they tried. The rooms are good and big

On the second night there was no hot water to take a shower (we wanted to take a bath, that's why we booked this place, but even a short shower wasn't possible). We called multiple times to the reception, every time they gave a different excuse and an unrelated and irrelevant time estimation to fix the problem. Someone was supposed to come but he never arrived. After almost two hours of waiting for a solution we went to sleep without showering. This shouldn't happen in a 4 star hotel. Warm water for a shower is as basic as it gets. They didn't apologize for the inconvenience and in the morning after I asked to speak with a manager that wasn't there. He was supposed to call me back, I'm still waiting (a week has gone by).

The location is perfect, it is right in the centre of the city close to the main activities by feet.

Nice and clean, but not enough value for money

even though we said we were vegan and they said there would be milk and a bit more stuff for us, none of that really was. Was very disappointing. We paid for breakfast and couldn’t even drink coffee

Nice and big room with comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Friendly staff. Good location with seafront, restaurants as well as the main bus terminal within walking distance.

At breakfast, it always took quite some time until things (e.g. bread, fruits) were replenished - independent of the time you went for breakfast.

The room is amazing, even better than pictures! Very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed very nice sunrises and sunsets from our room. It is super close to the seaside and city center. The breakfast was included in our booking and outstanding, both sweet and savoury meals can be enjoyed even at early hours.

Staff doesn't speak good English and it's a shame since the hotel itself is great. I really didn't expect this and it was really hard for me and other English speakers to communicate with them since I don't speak any Spanish and they couldn't understand my Italian. The worst occurred when I had to talk about the room payment as the woman at the reception was really rude when I spoke in English and almost shouted 'SPEAK IN ITALIAN'. Nevertheless, she kept replying in Spanish.

1. the air conditioner didn’t work either night, even after they tried to fix it after the first night. 2. the shower was terrible, low power and the shower head massage didn’t stay in place, not after again they tried to fix it after the first night. 3. breakfast is very ordinary, none of the food was worth eating or remembering. the property looks good, but many things seem to be falling apart. finally, with all the problems I expected a discount and I spoke to the night manager about that at 2 am when the air broke for the 2nd time. no consideration was given ☹️
