Beautiful views and excellent breakfast. Nice shower and lights in the room.

We didin't know how to open the door to enter the corridor? They seem to be automatic but we really couldn't open then I don't know why.

Location and breakfast

Reception desk mostly unattended. There is no knowledgeable help available if you got a problem. And: Bathroom is a transparent glas cabin in the room. No privacy whatsoever in the lavatory.

The reception is unprofessional, the organization of parking is completely mess. It doesn't match this high-ranking hotel.

The location is perfect, the room was comfy and had a wonderful view over the city and was extremely quiet. The breakfast was very good.

The staff at the receptions (ground and top level) could do with a bit more friendliness.

Location and the viewing platform

Breakfast was extremely poor and very basic with little choice. The hotel needs to be much cleaner, the carpets, decor dated but at least should be clean.

The view was great. Location is great. Wifi is good too.

As many people said, parking is super expensive, 30 euro per day. Nobody at the reception most of time so basically no service other than getting the key at the check-in. Breakfast is good but 20 euro is too expensive. Small room size for German hotel.

A large room with a comfortable bed offering great panoramic views of the city.

The breakfast is very overpriced for what is offered. Only a limited selection at the buffet and so I just went for a tea and croissant which cost me €22. The bathroom was also not cleaned very well before my first stay. There is also no fridge or bar in the room.

The view from the room was amazing

The view was amazing. A beautiful view of the city. Also the staff were very helpful. When I got in touch with an issue I had, they solved it and made my stay comfortable. The bed was also very comfy. I'll definitely stay here again. The location is perfect. Right in the city centre, with a mall below the hotel.

The description stated the room has soundproofing however I could easily hear noises and conversations from people in the next room to mine and the floor above my room. I also wish I hadn't paid for breakfast for one day as I didn't like any of the choices. Since the restaurant is currently closed it's tough to get a variety. However, the person in charge of the breakfast was very accommodating and told me I could tell them what I wanted for the rest of my stay. I really appreciated that.
