Heating was not really strong. Big glass windows kept the room a bit cold.

Bed is the best

We booked a big spacious room and were given an extra bed with a comfortable mattress for our 6 you for free. There was also a complementary bottle of water waiting for us in the room and a few capsules of coffee. The location was perfect for visiting the Christmas fair in December, as the city center is just a short walk away.

Our room had a wide opening in the wall between the bathroom and the rest of the room. Not a big deal but when you travel with a family I'd rather have at least a window with curtains or something.

The staff were all very nice both in reception and the breakfast.

The cleanliness in the room was poor. There was dark dust on all the edges in the room especially close to the floor and the sink had black edges when they were supposed to be white. The bed was only made with one cover although we were 2 persons and the pillows were some of the most uncomfortable pillows we have ever seen.

The air conditioning works great

- There was no kattle for making coffee in my room. - late check out was not possible.

The reception closes at 11PM already, so it is not convient for check in if arrive late. The noisy party at the hotel resurant lasts till 1AM. The room is small with a wash basin strangely in the middle, and balcony is connected to the neighbour's. The parking garage is messy and not well designed, very difficult to recognize the box to insert card for exit. Check out is slow and lack of personnel, I have to wait almost for 10 minutes. The room toilet cleaness is the worst I have seen so far in european hotels, with dirt on floor and yellow stains inside.
