Excellent location. Very helpful staff.

Hotel was very nice, staff helpful and rooms were nice with a little balcony and it was lovely and cool.

Very early finish on reception. At one point I thought we might not get in but the card worked.in the finish.

Night staff were very helpful and upbeat The bed was really comfortable and big Room temperature was perfect and lovely quiet surroundings Bathroom was clean and large Underground parking was great but not if you have a large car Great that they allow dogs

Quite expensive for this "type" of hotel Bar closed quite early on a Monday 9pm Tea and coffee in the room was available but no milk :(

Not a BW by any standars... Breakfast was not a good Value, dinner room was shut ans clean at 21.00

Good location. Near the beach, restaurants and center. Free public parking next to the hotel. Nice staff, good breakfast.

The beer house and ice cream were not opened as advised.

The rooms are very clean and the bed is comfortable and a good size. I liked the balcony overlooking the park. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Repas correct

Place is really convenient if you go the Balaruc baths (we did'nt), but also quite close to the lakeside promenade wich has a lot of things. The room was really nice and revamped, and clean looking at a public garden

Hotel has no own grounds as you may think from photos, and stays in the middle of ageing big blocks of housing. Then you have to access it by the rear side parking lot, and the very first impression is rather negative (still you'll like your room).
