Brilliantly located across the road from Kuta beach.
With a mini mart and bottle store downstairs. And within close walking distance to many, many stores, restaurants, bars, the 5GX slingshot, laundromats and everything else you desire.
Some of these being next door, under 1 minute walks.
The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and accomodated tours, transport and much more!
The pool on the 4th floor roof, overlooking Kuta beach, provided stunning scenery.
Overall, a fantastic stay for 7 nights.
Since we stayed during the peak holiday season, Kuta was bustling and busy. This made transportation slow after midday on Jl. Pantai Kuta (the main street in front), with car trips to nearby areas taking 30 minutes for 5km drives.
The downside of being located centrally in Kuta.
The breakfast buffet was not as fresh as expected. The similar day-to-day food left us wanting, and it may be better to eat breakfast at a nearby restaurant, after 3 days.

Hotel is vlakbij de shopping mall & restaurants op loopafstand en de ligging is aan het strand (niet op het strand). Even de weg oversteken. Zwembad op het dakterras met uitzicht op zee.
Hotelkamer was schoon!
Wij hadden hotelkamer met dompelbad. Uitzicht viel ons tegen. We keken uit op een ander gebouw waarvan op die hoogte/verdieping personeel pauze houdt. Geen privacy gevoel. Vooral niet als je in de dompelbad wil relaxen. We hebben er geen gebruik van gemaakt.
Sinds november 2023 geen koffie/thee zakjes op kamer. Nog wel waterkoker aanwezig. Koffie moet je dan beneden halen (betalen). Dat viel ons tegen! Klacht doorgegeven. Kreeg toen alsnog wel koffie geleverd. Maar ze moeten dit niet afschaffen. Vooral niet voor de prijs wat wij betaald hebben voor de overnachtingen. Dan verwachten wij wel koffie en thee op kamer om in de ochtend relaxed wakker te worden met een kopje koffie.

الموقع ممتاز ومقابل شاطي كرتا جميع الخدمات جوار الفندق بيتزاهت استابكس هاردروك وكثير من المطاعم والاسواق ويعتبر شاطي كوتا قريب من المطار. كذلك يوجد مطاعم عربيه مثل الجزيره👍 وابونواس ومطعم شيشة
شاطي جمباران مطاعم سي فود 👍.
الفطور لاباس جيد.
الاجنحه هي المطله على البحر
الي ينام بدري صوت البار المجاور يمكن يزعجه بعض الشي
الفندق يعتبر قديم لكن موقعه يشفع له.

De ligging van het hotel is TOP! Je bent binnen no-time bij alle hotspots als het strand, Beach walk (mall) en vele restaurants.

Very close to kuta beach. Near to 24 hr family mart n near shopping mall.
Traffic jam along the street to the hotel from the airport and from the hotel to the airport. Perhaps there should be separated carway, motorcycle way n pedestrian.

From check-in to check out, everything just worked!
Lovely rooms, outside areas, nice breakfast selection. The ocation was excellent, close to main tourist areas, malls, restaurants, and right on one of the main beaches. Small fridge in Room, and lots of TV channels that actually work.
There was nothing that we did not like. Compared to other stays in Kuta it was right up there.

the air conditioner was not strong. we often felt really hot during the night.

Good location, good price, good property
Horrible breakfast and some of their receptionists are NOT qualified as a receptionist and spoke like debt collector and likes to changed our room for what we've booked.

Location of hotel was perfect , sunset view is great, pool view is amazing, breakfast is best, hotel commuincation is great. Staff very helpful always. Lychee martini is best.
Spa masssage was great will recommend it.
1) The spa facial package was worst will never do it again.
2) we need some help with my partner injury but the first aid kit had nothing useful in it except cotton pad.
