Het duurde erg lang alvorens het water warm was er werden enorm veel liters water verspild.
Het is een 5 sterren accommodatie, maar de zeepjes werden nooit aangevuld. We kregen 2 kleine flesjes zeep en 2 kleine flesjes shampoo voor een hele week.
Telefoon werkte niet.

Unforgettable! The cave villa is the best place ever been before. The view is unbelievable. You have everything for your holidays under one floor.

It is rare to stay somewhere which can exceed expectations at such a level, however the Cave Suites at Emerald Villas and Suites, go far beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. The suites themselves are well equipped and comfortable - with big comfy beds, a soft sofa area, a fully equipped kitchen area, and a wonderful outside space with table and chairs, lounging area, and sunbathing areas - it is perfect.
The pool in the outside space is lovely, and provided a lovely bit of respite from the hot Greek weather, as well as views out over the bay and out to sea, a perfect way to spend an evening or indeed, an afternoon.
The location is a little out of the way, so I would advise hiring a car before visiting, however I noted from the information in the suite that the hotel could also arrange pick up if needed, so this is of course another option.
Our stay here was beyond anything we could have ever expected, and we will, without a doubt, be back again in the future. The facilities are excellent, well maintained, clean and comfortable, but the staff add the extra ingredient that transforms this from an excellent stay, into a luxury one - they couldn’t have been any more helpful, and truly went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy throughout our time there, and that we had everything we needed. Special mention must go to Irene who not only checked everything was OK, but also helped us to arrange a boat rental for a day, and was there whenever I visited the office, on hand to help and to ensure everything was perfect.
We were truly sad to leave here however will most certainly be back in the future - highly recommended.

I don’t know where to begin! It’s super private and the views are so beautiful. The outside patio is where we spent most of our time. The room was cool (needed in this heatwave), great facilities (kitchen fully equipped, bathroom has lovely scented shampoo/body wash), and the staff were so easy to get in touch with and really helped with recommendations and transferring us around. Special shout-out to Demitris and Irene for going the extra mile for us! We will never forget this stay! Highly recommend
The place is so good it makes you not want to explore anything outside! But if you do leave, it is a little further out, so be sure to either rent a car or be prepared to spend some money on transfers.

The staff made us feel like home, they are so warm, friendly, welcoming, caring and very very helpful. They can be reached at any time and they do more than they can to help you. The room was amazing, very gorgeous view with privacy and very romantic & relaxing. We will want to come back soon and contact our friends/staff there. Irene was super super kind and helpful, we loved her ❤️.
Maybe the location is a little further than the city center but it is close to blue caves and the ship wreck.

Woah, the view is soooo incredible. And the room is so comfy and totally nice furnished. The staff is really, really nice and always interested to make your stay the best possible. We've been there in the middle/end of june and had sun from morning till 7 pm (but you also have an umbrella if you're not such a sun lover like me).
We love the island, we've been there the second time and we will definitely come back to Zakynthos AND we will definitely stay at Emerald Villas & Suites again (it was just a dream).
For all Zakynthos-Newbies: you'll need a car to travel arround especially when you stay at the north of the island, so thats a big recommendation!

One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed at anywhere in the world. Spectacular views of the ocean, private pool, hot tub, outdoor sun bed and wonderful room with kitchenette.

We had a super luxury and private stay at Emeralds! The suite was very clean and the cleaning lady arrived at a scheduled time every day. The beds are very comfortable also the sunbed outside. Its one of the best spots we have been to relax in total privacy! The reception ladies Irene and Dimitra really cared about our well being everyday and made us feel even more comfortable. We had a lot of fun with the driver Dimitris who has driven us to a few spots near by. Thank you for the very nice stay - we really enjoyed it!
Better rent a car, because restaurants and supermarket is 20-30 min away by walking down steep streets. With car its just 5 minutes. If you don't have a car, you can call the emeralds driver who will bring you to many spots and picks you up. But this serves is quite expensive. A drive to the nearest supermarket, which is 5 min by car, is 20€.

the property was lovely and have no complaints about the villa itself (sometimes cold water for showering but this wasn’t a big issue). the main disappointment was the recommendation of the restaurant opposite the villas (Orizodes)

Everything..The villa was amazing. It had everything we needed and more. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There was a lovely postcard and bottle of Wine on our arrival which was a lovely surprise.will definitely return again.

This property was exquisite. The most beautiful location and Villa we have ever stayed in. Irene was so welcoming and helpful. We have never felt so relaxed and refreshed after a stay. Highly recommend ❤️
Unfortunately since we went in low season, the pool was freezing but it was due to the time of the year. Heated pools would make this property an 11/10

Everything about our stay at Emerald Villas was perfect. The suite and view were even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Irene at reception was so welcoming and helpful and made us a reservation at a restaurant of our choice every night. We also used the local transfer service and were driven to and from dinner every night. The driver Aggelos was amazing and during the car journeys shared lots of interesting information with us about the island and recommendations of things to do. All we had to do was text him when we were finished at the restaurant and he would come and collect us. We have never stayed anywhere quite like this and would recommend to anyone looking to experience a luxury holiday!

We had an absolutely wonderful holiday in paradise. Everything was perfect - we stayed at the Suites and just loved everything about them, the layout, views, privacy and comfort. Prior to our arrival I dealt with Christine who was extremely helpful and arranged out pick up and drop off at the airport. At the Suites Irene and the rest of the team were always there to help and assist with anything. Irene very kindly arranged the hire of a quad bike for our stay. This gave us the freedom to explore the beautiful island. We highly recommend these stunning Suites, a cut above the rest and we look forward to returning one day soon.

the property is simply stunning! incredible views!
For this price tag, you can see that some of the equipment in the property is a bit outdated. small touched here and there would help eg refreshing the wood by the pool which is getting old and is brokes at a couple of spots. also refreshing the sunbed covers that also look old.

Everything from the welcoming, service by Irene & other staff members to the room, view and the facility as a whole was exceptional and over our expectations!
If you’re hesitating, don’t be, it’s 10x better in person than on pictures. The view is one of the best I’ve seen after staying at many hotels with great views.
