Everything-the view was amazing, Bob and Perica were amazing-they couldn’t do enough for you. They thought of everything, even down to the toothpicks. The room was comfortable and great for our family.😀

The apartment hosts are just wonderful people! Everything was prepared for our arrival, they were waiting with the keys and helped us park the car at a private spot. The owners live in the same house, however you don't feel a lack of privacy. The apartment has a huge terrace with amazing views of the old town and sea. It has 2 bedrooms, small kitchen and a nice bathroom. Dubrovnik old city is around 15min walk away. The old town is full of tourists and packed all the time, with this location you can expect your quiet piece, yet are close to the centre and close to the beach of St. Jacob which is gorgeous! Honestly, we were so lucky to have found this place and would recommend it to anyone who wants to combine a bit of history, with beach, but staying in a quiet location, and be treated super well by the hosts! We loved our four night stay at Apartment Perica. The highlight is the patio and the view as everyone mentions. We loved watching boats and birds from our deck. We also enjoyed the rocky beach several steps below the apartment. Morning swims were our favorite. The hosts were exceptionally helpful. They left a delicious gift and wine and answered all our questions. It was a 20 min stroll down a gentle hill to the old city. The AC worked best when all doors to the bedrooms were shut. (Two AC units) We appreciated the washing machine in the bathroom. The shower was very nice. The two bedrooms are a good size for storing belongings. The included parking spot was perfect too. It's a unique location that we will never forget.

The apartment is fabulous! Super friendly hosts met us, showed us everything, and prepare some snacks and local wine&beer for us. The view from the terrace is stunning! The apartment is very close to the city center, the beach is downstairs. There is actually everything you need for a perfect stay!

It’s a very satisfying staying. Everything you need is well prepared. The host/ owner is very friendly and helpful. She even came to pick us up when we got lost in the neighborhood. The staying left us a wonderful impression of the country and the city.
