beautiful hot springs and landscaping. loved the pool too!

Food could have been better.

It was a beautiful setting and immaculately clean. The hot springs exceeded all expectation.

The hot springs are amazing which is walkable from the hotel, but the hotel also provides a shuttle. The staff is super friendly and very personable. The hotel is really beautiful and extremely clean. The room looked out into a lush garden. We watched birds and animals in the rainforest that was right outside our room. Very safe, very beautiful. The breakfast is 10/10 with all you can eat where you sit next to the pool in an open air restaurant. Very delightful.

The room next to us had a baby that cried all night. The wall between us was not sound proof. It was very disturbing to hear on and off during the night. We did not sleep well.

Amazing resort! The hot springs is an amazing experience, the spa was so relaxing. The staff is amazing and very helpful we also had the Ephemeral table experience that they offer at the hotel, one of the best experiences we ever had, the chef Daniel and the waiter Victor were amazing, they made the experience even better. The hotel is very clean, rooms are big and clean. Location is good and close to the Arenal Volcano, hanging bridges..

A lot of mosquitos and insects, it’s part of Costa Rica everywhere, but it would help if the doors were shut a little bit tighter so cockroaches and insects would not come into the room.

Amazing facility. Beautiful grounds, good food. Employees were fantastic helpful, happy and willing to give advice.

Rooms were smaller than expected. Food was good but not great.

Slow service, stolen headphones, expensive food, have to shuttle to hot springs, no water slide

The hot springs were amazing. The buffet breakfast had great variety and was very good.

It is a drive from town.
