Spacious, quiet but attentive staff

They ran out of food for the dinner buffet due to large number of customers. They ran out of rack to hang wet clothes outside the room

the Good part is the location and the staff were friendly, good and attentive. the worse part is the water sso bad!!!!😡 deep well. we have to buy boxes of mineral water to bathe.

first of all, the price i paid was definitely not worth it. the bathroom was so dirty, lots of broken furnitures, water was so slow to the point you can't take a shower, the creases of the balcony door was full of dust and nasty elements, the AC doesn't work (it was so hot despite the additional almost broken fan they provided) - the mosquitoes were everywhere. there was a makeshift pond/lagoon (or whatever it is) right in front of the rooms entrance, and it really didn't serve a purpose aside from breeding mosquitoes because if you're going to tell me it's for aesthetics then you absolutely failed on that regard. it was dirty and ugly. I also requested to modify the booking to which they approved but didn't bother to minus one day of the reservation (I still had to pay the full amount despite the booking being modified). the breakfast was horrible, the choices were of that you can find at a local eatery (we call it carenderia in our native language) - so if you plan to stay here, don't book a room with breakfast. EVERYTHING CORKAGE - I already mentioned the food was horrible, so of course I want to eat the food I want to enjoy, but this hotel won't allow food that is ordered outside otherwise CORKAGE. They literally charged me for a Starbucks coffee I had ordered through foodpanda (I mean you can't force me to drink your 'in1 coffee) and what exactly do they expect me to do if I get hungry in the middle of the night? go outside and eat my food??? Uhm, i have been all over the world, 5 star hotels to be specific aren't even anal about food that's ordered outside their establishments, in fact the hotel itself will give you recommendations oh they call you IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT just to REMIND YOU of visiting hours. COULDN'T YOU DO IT THE NEXT MORNING? you know, as a sign of respect.

Big rooms, aircon and hot hot shower worked well, comfy beds.

The smoking section is really far from the rooms! There's a huge garden with pond in the hotel complex, why not designate a smoking area there as well? The food was.... alright.

We love our room near the pond. Away from the pool noise, as we are day sleeper, thank goodness. Nice resort for a family, buffet food is average, staff we're quite nice especially Jeff and Rashid at the restaurant and SG Yoson. Definitely recommend this resort to our Australian family and friends. Thank you to Kath at the Front Desk for accommodating us from checking in and out.

Our stay was almost perfect, except we had an issue with shower floor area constantly flooding when you take a bath. Hence, the damage Cabinetry below the vanity. The cable box or the remote was slow to respond when trying to navigate, battery issue perhaps.
