Excellent place to stay - comfortable room with lots of extras. Best breakfast in Morecambe.

David is a fabulous host nothing is to much trouble . His rooms are beautiful with loads of extras that normally you would get in a five star hotel. The attention to detail is second to none .would recommend this place all day long . Breakfast is delicious to with plenty to choose from .

Once again David who couldn't do enough for us, helped us to our room with our luggage then brought us tea & cake.The room No3 is ensuite, with stunning views across Morecambe Bay & the Lakeland fells from the large bay window.It has many hi-tech items for your use with large comfortable bed, has everything you would need, David's cooked breakfast is first class has excellent choice & served quickly. Looking forward to our next visit in May.

A very warm welcome Great location Bed room was very clean and warm,it had a very comfortable bed,tv lovely shower room tea and coffee available and lots of other things you wouldn't normal get in a B/B David goes out of his way to make you feel welcome Would definitely recommend it to my family and friends

There was nothing I didn't like

The breakfast was everything you wanted fresh with a very wide range and variety to choose from. David the owner made us feel welcome and nothing was too much to ask. He even offered us a free upgrade to B a larger room.

Our only problem was parking at times but again we were offered parking at the back of the guesthouse so it was not a real issue.

The Broadwater Guest House is excellent. The weekend was excellent from the moment we stepped inside.The whole of the guest house was spotlessly clean.The rooms are well equipped with everything you need & more, dyson hairdryer, dyson hairstraightners, dyson fan. We were in room 7 which has an amazing sea view & comes equipped with binoculars to look out over the bay & over to Grange & the Lakeland mountains Well equipped courtesy tray with various Ringtons teas, coffees, hot chocolate, milks, biscuits, even mini cheddars & sweets...ohh & fresh milk in the mini fridge too, lots of toiletries in the en suite bathroom,as well as earbuds & face / makeup wipes The bed, pillows & all bedding was so comfortable we had the best night's sleep we have ever had at any hotel. The breakfast is excellent too, with porridge (help yourself to whiskey to go with it if you wish) full range of cereals, overnight oats, fruit juices, tea, coffee, toast with jams & marmalades & a choice of breakfast. We went for the Full English, which was offered with fried, poached or scrambled eggs. David kept coming round asking if we wanted more toast & tea & coffee & fruit juice. Overall the stay was excellent & I would certainly recommend it to anyone. We will definitely be goin back. This is the best guest house / hotel we have stayed in

All I can say is that this is the best Guest house that I have ever stayed in and I’ve have stayed in many. Everything was perfect.

It could not have been improved on at all.

David takes real care of his guests and is approachable. A lot of personal attention to detail and rooms at the front of the house have an excellent view over Morecambe. All in all one of the best guest house stays I've haf in recent years.

Everything at the Broadwater is exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is excellent with a great choice. David and his team always go that extra mile to make your stay comfortable. They are the perfect hosts. We return each year and would not stay anywhere else.

Lovely b&b, full of lovely little touches to make your stay comfortable. Nice and clean and all the staff very welcoming.

Host and staff very friendly and helpful. Very convenient location for all Morecambe attractions. Room maybe a little snug, but very comfortable with lovely shower and toiletries. Lots of extra touches, such as chocolates and high quality hairdryer and fan. The breakfast choice was superb and all expertly cooked. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.
