quiet place at end of season Ana was such a helpful and sympathetic hostess. she went out of her way for us and we so appreciate her kindness. bed comfortable. very noteworthy we’re the window screens so we could leave the windows open and enjoy fresh air

small detail of wool blanket we were allergic to but this was a minor problem

Very friendly owner, she made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was really nice. The place was super clean. Walking distance to the beach which was perfect.

Ana was amazing and so welcoming. She went out of her way to ensure we were happy. The place was spotless.

Everything . The location is lovely , quiet and serene , surrounded by a tiny village with the nicest people few minutes walk to a magnificent beach with couple of restaurants . Breakfast was very satisfying and the lady that run the place Ana was as accommodating as possible with any request . If you want to have an exceptional memorable vacation go to there

Wonderful place 5 min walk to the beautiful beach, freindly staff, cosy rooms, very clean, nice. Very stylish and looks authentic. Would be back, if go to Asrurias once again

What a lovely place! Located in a countryside setting, in a beautifully kept all house (farm?), made of local stone - very atmospheric. The beautiful Penarronda beach is only 10 minutes walk (where you can find a nice restaurant in case the house does not serve evening meals) and the cliff scenery there is striking. We were warmly greeted and the landlady was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast is served. We would wish to stay for longer - could be a very good place to explore wider surroundings.

We used this place for a one night stop over after a long motorcycle ride from Portugal. It rained all day so we were wet and cold when we arrived. The hostess booked us in quickly, sorted secure parking for my bike and showed us to the room with the hot tub. Needless to say after an hour in the tub we were warmed up and ready for a short walk to a nice beach side restaurant 10 minutes walk away. Nice breakfast in the morning. Just the job, could not fault anything and will be back. It would be great as a base for touring or for a stop over. The building is beautifully converted by obviously expert builders. If you have an eye for detail you can pick out some lovely original new features that blend in with the old seamlessly.

Room with sea view was an exaggeration. The sea could just be seen through an attic window. We were not told that their restaurant was closed.

Amazing setting. Room was suberb. The hostess was amazing, super nice and very accommodating. Everything was impecable. Lots of hand sanitizer stations everywhere. Nice breakfast . They made us feel at home.
