The receptionist was extremely helpful. I booked the room for wrong date (one week later after our arrival). She helped me right away. We got a room soon, no extra charge. Breakfast was perfect and the waiter was very polite. Superb staff! Nice room!

We have received more than expected: free of charge room upgrade, restaurant service in the room. The reception personel was really helpful. Food was great. Room super comfortable. Basicaly, we have received 4 star hotel services. I highly recommend this place.

Room Service Food Overall experiance

Went for the wedding close by, stayed 2 nights. Hotel has own parking, staff was pleasant.

Although it was summer, aircon was cooling bit too much even when we put it to 27-28C

A receptionist that was very kind and helpful.

No vegan options except for plant milk for your coffee and some fruits like apples and oranges. They have marmalade as part of their buffet breakfast but the bread contains milk. One morning they offered us toast as an alternative. However, the toast contained skimmed milk and we noticed that only after opening the pack of toast. One of the waiters offered us this as an "alternative" to bread that contains milk. If you have any allergies, please be careful. The bed is terrible. After first night, I woke up with back pain.
