Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Ivana went out of her way to meet our needs - including helping us with paperwork for current Covid requirements for our return journey. Breakfast was great. Spacious bedroom in excellent location near cathedral. Would certainly use again if visiting Zadar.

Ivana was really nice. She showed us around the lovely city, and helped us whenever we had any question. The apartmant was very clean and spacious. It's probably at the best location in the old town. The airport bus and taxi station was like 5 minutes away. The breakfast and dinner was wonderful. Every day, we couldn't wait to get to eat again. Many thanks for all the staff members at the restaurant, especially for their kindness and generosity.

Central location with lovely host who drove with us to free parking spot! Everything you need and very clean and comfortable. Fabulous evening meal and breakfast at the hosts restaurant. Would definitely return but for longer next time!

Right in the center of Zadar, Good Breakfast and great Dinner in Restaurant Tinel. You reach it by 5min walk through the middle of old town. Very friendly personal! Thanks for the nice stay :)

Best location, beatiful and modern rooms and warm and nice people.

Breakfast and dinner were included, it was so plentiful that we weren’t really hungry during the rest of the day. Location was perfect, everything (all of the monuments, museums and the sea) was only few minutes walk from the accommodation. Tinel restaurant is also located 5 minutes away from the apartment, so it didn't take much time to get to breakfast. There was also a small square with free parking place right behind the building, which was really useful given that it is almost impossible to park in the city center, and if you do find a place, you have to pay for it quite a lot. Only thing is that it is a bit tricky to get the car in the park with the small places and rocky surface.

Everything was functional and Manuela who checked us in was perfect and friendly. She told us where to park nearby for free (although a bit challenging). Breakfast was included and it was nice. Overall a decent experience.

A bit noisy due to a bar/restaurant right bellow. The dinner was also included and this is what was disappointing. The food was great and the place was nice. We were told (but we forgot about it while walking around the city) that dinner was available from 6-8 pm. We got there at 8pm and although we were told (I guess by the owner or someone acting like one) that they would serve us, the overall experience was poor and we just felt like “2nd rate” customers.. I mean if you are going to act like this don’t even offer the dinner option.. There were only some dishes available in the menu.. they charged us the drinks.. and the all point is that everything happened without being told in advance.. poor experience although I see it as something to improve and the majority of the staff was very friendly and professional

Lovely people, perfect location, fantastic food included in price

Perfect location - you can park on site so it's easy to handle luggage when arriving or departing (if you're coming by car). Also, it's in the middle of old town so all the main sites are within a short walk reach. Great breakfast at a restaurant 10 minutes away (plenty of food and can be adjusted according to your wishes). Wonderful hosts - very kind and attentive to all our needs. Spacious room with good air conditioning.

Drains in the bathroom are a bit slow, so it's easy to make a mess while showering/washing. On site parking is available but quite expensive in season. However, the host gave us a tip on a free parking site 15 minutes from the apartment and that was a good option for a few days we were there.

Great location and Ivana is wonderful!

When I arrived I was greeted at the restaurant with a complimentary beverage and great hospitality. I booked the next day instead of the day I showed up but that was not a problem. Ivana went out of her way to introduce me to her lovely city and worked diligently to get me to my next destination which was not easy. My view was the forum and the riva, perfect! My room was clean, contemporary and very comfortable. Zadar is historical yet modern and the people are kind and generous. Thank you Ivana!

Nice and clean apartment in center of the old town. Breakfast in near by restaurant was excellent. Host was very nice, open and communicative. He gave us a lot of good tips

Really nice apartment, perfect place to discover the old town of Zadar, great and very, very friendly staff, lot of help and an awesome breakfast! We will be back one day:-) !!!

The location is superb with huge windows and view of the antic forum, major churches and the sea. Breakfast at restaurant Tinel was excellent and the hosts were just wonderful - caring, friendly and helpful.

Bathroom sink was too small and got dirty and clogged immediately.
