The location was excellent, if noisy… the apartment is right on the street level.

The check in procedure was a hassle: if you don’t have access to a phone, it’s almost impossible to get the directions. They only give you the directions to the lock box the same day as your arrival. I had to go to the next door bar (Do Ho Do, with the most helpful staff) and ask to borrow a phone (My SIM card wasn’t working). The actual door to the apartment was very tricky to close and unlock. We had to call (I was using wifi by then) the telephone number and get hold of the “manager” to come out and unlock the door!

Location was good but that was about it!

No air conditioning or control visible after apartments being advertised with air conditioning which was very poor. Also TV didn't work. Then was unable to contact person through phone email or text which was given on the information booklet in apartment!! Will not go back nor recommend. Disappointed overall.

Well,I did rented this exact apartment last year it was spotless!This time its different story ,after I check in I find two pice of broken furniture one of the sleeping sofa in the livingroom was broken the second one was obviosly use from previos guest and still with bedding on it,one of the njght stand in the bedroom was broken!I did call the contact I have about this his respond was I know I make picture of it,and that was it!!I even email to the property manager no respond,I did have to hide the night stand in the closed I dont have to look at the brooken furniture while Im there and fix liltle bit the bottom of the sofa so can live there for couple of days,the place wasnt clean properly for next guest,I can tell I own a Cleaning bussines back in Florida,They matching price with the 5 star hotel next door!!Its a shame this time!!!

Apartment is well laid out and has all the basics you need.

We had a broken safe, so we had to carry valuables with us at all times. There were ants on the floor regualry. Despite being told that you can't make noise after 10pm or you'll get charged, there were so many loud people in the halls every night which always woke us and our young son. We were next to the cathedral, which sounds lovely, but no one mentioned the bells chiming for what feels like an eternity every morning at 6am which made an already disturbed nights sleep even worse (especially with a toddler). The whole stay was the opposite of stress free/relaxing. I did message them to sat we checked out early (by 2.5 days) because we were so miserable with the apartment, no one ever responded.

Really great location and dsuper looking block. Loved the old and the modern mix. Very spacious and stylish. Comfortable beds. Sofa bed surprisingly comfortable. Lovely bathroom and kitchen Garden a real bonus even in March.

Generally excellent but a few small things amiss. Never found bin area outside. WiFi instructions inaccurate but made it on day two! Some crockery chipped and odd amounts for 4 people. 3 tea spoons! No bread knife. Needs a bit of attention to detail

Very nice and clean apartment. The kitchen has everything for cooking at home. Great location in the heart of the city. Near the stop of public transport, stores and cafes.

Not just disliked, but frankly I was outraged by the fact that no one warned us that it was impossible to drive up to the house!!!!!! Travel by private vehicle in this part of town is prohibited, as well as the fact that the parking lots that are located near the apartments are almost as much as we paid for the stay. I am sure that this information should be given to our guests.

Fantastic location, less than ten minutes walk from the main train station and central square. Beautiful view of the Cathedral from some of the rooms. Apartment is very spacious, plenty of storage and clean.

The key collection was a little bit difficult. The dishwasher hadn't been emptied, so the mugs and glasses weren't as fresh as they could have been. Beds were a little on the hard side. Biggest complaint would be the lack of curtains in one of the bedrooms. The television doesn't pick up a signal.

We didn’t get an appartment with balcony as booked and requested. Staff was slow to respond. Early checkout (8-10am), we were woken up by the cleaner in the nearby flat hovering at 8am. Not good value for money for couples (same price as Barcelo palace nearby).

The apartments are well-located, spacious, and as advertised. The window is right next to the street, and in front of an Irish bar, so it can get noisy, but not too much—overall a good experience.

I expected better attention in general from the hosts. They should be more clear about how the deposit is paid. I trust booking.com, and I expect all to be handled by booking and not privately.

The apartment is clean and the location is very convenient. It is great if you're looking for a place to mostly sleep at. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is clean and spacious enough.

It's a little dark and the equipment is a little old-fashioned, but it reflects what's on pictures. The window is old and beautiful, but as the apartment is on ground floor, not much natural light gets in. The couch and table have switched position as opposed to what you can see on photos, so if you want to watch TV, you can't sit on couch. I personally didn't like to sit on it, because the material sticks to your skin and it's not very comfy.

Great location in the city centre. Apartment is located in nice historical building. The key pick up was really easy.

We stayed 5 nights … shower did not drain properly, no bath mat, old stained towels, new requested half way though stay never delivered. Tv was not working as the tv box was too old and unsupported by network, reported but it was never actioned. Pillows were really uncomfortable. I have stayed here some years ago, in different apartment but with same company and it was great! I was disappointed about slipping standards as it was not good value for money.
