Beautiful. Excellent service and food

Just a beautifull place to stay with nice cottages, really good breakfast and very friendly service.

The internet connection waa poor/slow, we did not have warm water during the first 2 days (which was not really a problem because it waa hot) and the high amount (20%) of taxes&services on top of the room price (via Booking) and of the menu prices…It would have preferred to see netto prices…

Siamo stati sei notti in questo boutique resort. Piccolo, molto ben curato, dotato di due piscine. La nostra sistemazione, la garden, grande, pulitissima con grande letto comodo e cuscini morbidi. Pulizie giornaliere impeccabili. Grande bagno dotato di tutti i comfort. Stanza con ventola e climatizzatore nuovo. Dotata di ampio patio sul giardino con stendino. Posizione scenografica, tranquillissimo, a ridosso della strada locale dove troverete tanti piccoli localini di street food (il personale del resort pranza solitamente qui). A dieci minuti a piedi dal villaggio di El Nido (pessimo luogo dove stare ma dove bisogna andare per qualsiasi tour). Dotato di un ristorante ottimo, cibo freschissimo e ben cucinato, aperto agli esterni a detta di tanti il migliore ristorante della zona (cosa che confermiamo). Colazione ottima ed abbondante, buona la spa ed i massaggi. Personale gentilissimo. Dotato di servizio gratuito di tuk tuk da e per El nido. Insomma complimenti!

Bed, bed linen and view- though you can find the resorts with the same view for the much lower price.

When we arrived to the resort we should wait for some time, but when our time came then it was forgotten to invite us. All our stay we had a construction with it's noises nearby our room what didn't allowed to relax. Any notice or appologises about that were made. Wifi was not working properly- it was promissed to tell us voucher number, but was forgotten. Breakfast was awfull- eggs benedict were just a name.. It's absolutely overpriced resort and it was a big mistake to stay there......

Cadlao Resort was beautifully situated with easy access (via the hotel provided tricycle) to town and a gorgeous view. The staff were friendly, accomodating and the restaurant was unexpectedly creative with well prepared and interesting menu choices. There were many small touches that enhanced the experience. Foot baths to wash off sand before entering the room. A nice drying rack outside the door and a lovely porch with chairs if you wanted to stay close to your room. The grounds were lovely and well maintained with a nice (more than one) pool area. I loved the feeling of a small boutique resort. Excellent breakfasts.

I would have liked to have had a television in the room, but it's not a deal breaker.

Situado numa zona calma mas perto do centro, proporcionou-nos momentos fantásticos. As piscinas têm uma vista deslumbrante para o mar, sendo uma zona de lazer muito boa. Fizemos massagens todos os dias e recomendo! Vale mesmo a pena!

The view is so amazing. The cabanas are spacious and clean. The location is what we needed for a restful vacation. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It’s just us and the serene sounds of the ocean. The restaurant serves a fusion of Filipino and western cuisine. Everything is superbly cooked at my standard. Drinks are perfectly mixed to my liking. Kitchen staff are always on their feet to serve and satisfy our needs with smiles on their faces. Housekeeping staff are doing their job diligently. In general, all of the Cadlao’s staff are 10/10.

I’ve nothing to complain or to add.
